Yes, indeed. Since having children, they have brought every germ into our household and we typically end up rotating through it once or twice.
Hawaii is an interesting place. On the Big Island, I never got sick. Here in Honolulu, we are constantly 'touching' tourists who are flying from around the world in a germ box with wings. We end up getting about every sickness known to man here, and when the kids interact on a daily basis it ends up in our household.
Life goes on... Me, I have a significant disability in my stomach (birth defect found at age 29) which leaves me in a challenged state sometimes and when I was in the TEAMS I damaged my sinus' and now if there is any kind of germ around me I end up getting sinus infection.
When you are young, being incredibly physical has its downsides when you get older....
Oh, and I run, swim, crossfit daily and I almost eat VEGAN, so I don't think it is my lifestyle... haha..

Great age my friend I'm 40 as well, plus I have horrible sinus too...Keep infections yr round, ENT can't help bc its allergy related since birth. So I feel your pain. Take Care G Im takin a few days off, goin to DC for relaxation away from trading, I needed a break,lol....

I have a 'routine' now for my sinus' and boy it has changed my life. No drinking, no dehydration and no spicy food. Sure takes the fun as I can't get drunk, party all night and eat Mexican food. (I don't miss it...haha)
Interesting day. Now that market is opening 1 hour earlier I have decided to not kill myself and just do market replay again. I don't think getting up @ 3am is good for me at this point.

I think I did pretty good today considering the movement. I held trades quite a while and had a lovely 4 point trade that came back on me. Oh well.
