My name is tradingest and daily (if there are opportunities) I will post my results to show you how with a good risk and money management, a good deal of patience and a good strategy it's possible to achive excellent results in the trading world.
I will use a Prop Firm to scale up quickly my account balance and get a good % of the profits made.
I will not use a leverage greater than 2, this means that starting with an account of 15k I will use max 6 contract of ES.
I will use cfd and my execution will be done on MT4, but all my analysis will be done on professional patforms using the volume analysis.
Good luck to me and good luck to those who will follow me in this adventure.
My strategy is applied mainly on ES but other futures are monitored
Regards and best trading averyone
Can you help answer these questions from other members on futures io?
Your target is $900. Your max loss is $600. For an account that size you shouldn't be trading 6 ES contracts. If you trade 6 contracts, price only needs to go against you 2 points and you're out. The ES can do that in about 10 seconds AFTER RTH.
Just one ES contract is still too much for an account that small, IMHO.
I suggest you stick with the MES, micro contract. To hit $900 profit, if you traded say 5 MES contracts, you would only need 1 trade with a net of 36 points. Today, the S&P was down over 120 points for comparison. Even 5 MES contracts is a little too aggressive for a $15k account.
Good luck!

my trade is mainly scalping.
I will show you statistics about it.
I will show you video about trade...will be more interesting to learn and improve our trading together.
People have different definitions of scalping, assuming you mean targeting a few ticks only, why are you trading such a small account using CFDs instead of a larger account using futures?
I haven't traded CFDs, but have tried spreadbetting (I live in the UK), which I guess is similar, a decentralised exchange so the broker makes the price, no DOM so very hard to quickly trade on the favourable side of the spread ie. scalping, and lastly the ES price will be close, but not exactly the same as the CFD which again could be a problem if doing small scalps.
So out of curiosity, what is your typical profit/loss in ticks, small scalps or "big scalps"?
Anyway, good luck with your challenge.
You do not win as a trader, you just get to play again the next day. If that game doesn’t appeal to you then you should not trade. Gary Norden
