CQG was down yesterday and couldn't trade would have been a dream long position which i anticipated last week.
Was a little annoyed withdrew some more funds and left around $1500 in account.
Some good moves on ES today annoyed i withdrew and limited buying power.. this was painful.

Delayed post had a shocker last night was short but missed the big dip from 4286 to 4278
I will blame sleep deprivation.. just keeping it consistent and always finish day in profit.

Sleep deprivation is starting to kick in finding it hard to stay up for open as baby keeping us up every 3 hours..
Will be hard to trade every night until some sort of routine is established..
Small long position on open and calling it a night..

Took some time off for dad duties so pretty rusty got to find my groove back and what a day to come back to yesterday..
Didn't capitilise on the volatility , trading cautiously and trying not to do silly hero trades.. Have taken some money off the table again and reset to a 4K account.

Took a rather large loss last night... decided not to try claw back losses and went to bed..
Still finding it hard to stay up and focused... Ill put some decent hours starting tonight and make some money back.
