Greetings Everyone, has anyone figured out how to parse the data as done in the NinjaTrader Strategy Analyzer, "Analysis" Tab? Do you know of a trading journal or Excel file that does this? Ninja shows a "Net Profit" graph that shows the winning/losing trades in an up/down graph from half-hourly increments thru Monthly.

I have not seen one in Excel, but why would you want that in the first place?

I'd like to use the data for best times to trade for an automated trading bot. I could then set the bot to not trade during the times that have historically been losing times. For instance, with the attached Ninjatrader graph, perhaps I would have the bot start trading at 4 am, stop at 5:30 pm, and start again at 6 pm.

Not sure if you're familiar with Kevin Davey, but he may be your best bet to advise as to whether this is a sound approach...

Yes,
Kevin Davey is a member here and I welcome his reply. Ultimately, the decision is mine.
