First - congrats on your good ranking in the fio journal contest!
Then just to mention that today Frankfurt is open for trading. There is a higher risk as the volumes are not there - but the vola might be high today!
So - just for stronger nerves
As you do have days that are excluded by your hard rules you will be relaxed.

Thanks for your message. Your trade is going strong!!

With only 11 occasions in 11 years (of which 8x IBS), and with below outcomes, I decided not to trade today. The short 9:30-10:00 would be good, the long from 10:30-11:30 with a small SL would have been a loss, together a profit.
Indeed, no stress

Monday

The IB is long, but only 2 points (so no clear direction, although HL is 81pts).
9:00 am opening is on the RTH high of last Friday, so also difficult to say up gap or no gap (one of the leading indications for a trade).

So, no trade today

Tuesday

Price made new ATH during IB, although my system does not take that into consideration.

The IB is short. There is an up gap which has not been closed during IB. No good setup for this situation...

So, no trade

Wednesday

The IB is short. There is a down gap which has not been closed during IB and yesterday’s HL had a good range.

DAX Short trade
Entry 9:30 @ 15233
Exit 10:30 @ 15157
SL 37 pts
Result 76 pts

Historical results with this setup:
199 pts (11 trades/win% 73%)

The IB is long. There is no gap. Yesterday a big HL range.

There is no good setup in my system, so no trade today. Tomorrow another day

Nice journal you have here DeeTee,

Lots of work you put into this. This seems promising, a lot more so than the days of buying a IBlong en selling an IBshort haha.

Yeah, that journal was just a quick trial.
I found a way to check many variables in Excel. While if I would need to backtest this in Ninjatrader, it's (almost?) impossible to get the detail I have now. Like seeing the results with different SL's. In NT I had to run the backtest for each SL, and then writing the results down to compare and stuff.

Excel always has been my favourite tool, and that is helping me now big time.

I want first to see more of it, but until now, the results look good. And is making money. Happy with that
