My first day of oneup trader is pretty upset, only be able to trade at Rtrade or Rtrader Pro without any charts , can't use the login information to use NT8 or multicharts, for hours waiting end up showing " connecting............"
Some days ago i got a mail from earn2trade that says that CME doesnt allow 2 connection in the same time on the feed, for no professional trader. So maybe you are also affected by this. Try to connect one single platform. If you trade on the multichart just use the multicharts. Turn off Rtrader pro and it should works.
just check that you have enough time to complete the 15 working days till the next bill...or the reset will be useless.
