2 winners 1 loser today + 12 pips . This is the last week for FON for me , at least updating daily that is . Im going to direct more focus elsewhere and other journals .
2 winners 2 losers + 34 pips today and + 91 pips net for the week . This is it for me here and this thread has helped me very much and Im glad I chronicled what a diciplined approach can achieve .
Whats worth repeating again and again and again is that using rules that account for every single if/then possibility you may face while engaging in your trading regime is step one and critical beyond description . Your job then is to enforce the rules word for word until the day ends and then do it again every day , every single day the same thing .
The job of carrying out the rules of the plan is incredibly difficult , at least for me , for myriad reasons mostly psychological . My mind drifts and I can get bored and start thinking about "what if " I did this instead and the mind plays tricks on you while you wait for hours for things to unfold .
Combatting that stuff is my mission . Like the ancient mariner that killed the albatross and was made to pay a plan is the albatross , kill it and pay the price or respect it and enjoy success .
