It's been little over 1 year from your last update, its unfortunate that you are not updating this any more, I was regular reader and although lot has happened in 2020 I hope you are doing well and trading profitable
Can you help answer these questions from other members on futures io?

All is well and I am still trading away. I have moved away from day trading stocks and focusing more on swing trades. I do swing stocks with an Algo, and do few day trades, based on PA and VSA, on the MES.

It has been a while posting, but I am still trading daily. I have made few changes, which have made my trades less stressful and less screen time. My new method is and has been good, but will have few losing days in between. My stops tend to be a bit wide and thats why I still trade very small! I still use and watch the news (Financial Juice) and may take scalps off breaking news, which has worked well on the MCL. I have stopped my Algo ( swing stock trading) few months back, since its no longer profitable. I guess it was a bullish biased and we are bullish no longer. I am still trading Micros (1-2 lots) and small size Forex. My trading accounts are still IB and Oanda.
The Journal will be a daily video summary. Here are my trades for the day:
I am up $405 for the day with low stress and draw. I has been a good week, for trading and my levels.
Again, it was very hard taking limit buys in these market environments, but worked okay(ish). I am up $125 for the day and it was stressful to be long. No trading due to travel tomorrow (Thursday 12th) and Friday.
