I forgot to remove a stop order and it turned out to be triggered right before the close, i didn't notice untill the next day and since overnights where not allowed i lost the account.

Very unlucky.

I sent you a private message this weekend. If you can, please respond. Why didn't you just open a new one after you blew out? Only 150 bucks for 50K. I figured its worth it

I just replied but i am unable to send another one for 60 minutes.

I didn't like their trailing loss limit based on open positions. TST also has a trailing loss limit but it is based on end of day balance. Now with E2T we have a competitor without a trailing loss limit, i prefer that.

I hear great things about earn2trade as far as their customer service. That Ryan guy is really nice and seems transparent. I'm wondering if this Oneup Is legitimate. The history of responses are mixed. I guess I will just find out.

I do think they probably are legit, however it is also clear they also want traders to fail and retry multiple times.
E2T has lots of advantages if you ask me: no trailing draw down, overnight is allowed, the chance to scale up without having to do/pay a new evaluation account, ...

What do you mean by chance to scale up?

If you perform well Helios will offer you aditional capital to trade, i believe up to 1 million (i think i saw that somewhere on this or another forum).

With OneUp you have to take a new evaluation account if you want to trade larger size.

Oh ok. I wonder what they look at in order to determine how much more you get funded and how often can they make that determination? Are there any funded rules for earn2trade?

They probably look at return vs risk taken to reach that return.

Funded rules depends on the performance during the Gauntlet, some offers allow overnight, some doesn't, you can get anywhere from 10k with 10% DD to 25K with 20% or maybe even 25% DD, not sure exactly. I think profit split is between 60% and 80%, i really screwed up my previous Gauntlet and i received 10K with 10% DD and 70% split.

I am sure i will receive a much better offer this time.

I've got basically 3 weeks on oneup and like 1.75 months on earn2trade. I wonder how they tax on earn2trade. Do you know or anyone else?

Taxation really depends on where you live.
Since i am from Europe and you are from the USA i can not help you with that part.

You can contact E2T directly or maybe a local tax advisor or something like that.

I am going to start my process on requesting an ITIN this week
