Pre-market plan
NQ: "PB to average" strategy. I will be look short from 7670-7680 area. LIS price fro this scenario 7685.

That was strong sell off day on all index`s. One thing about my pre market plan. If I plan to trade index`s that means I must have plan before 10 min to open market, because I post idea to short from 7670-80 area. BUT market opened around 7600 that means too far from this price what I think before. Result: I post trade plan to early!
At the end I made one trade with strategy "Close VWAP" and it was right idea.

It was good, discipline day! This is very important! I`am trade my strategy with daily plan. I`am short CL and take profit and after wait my next idea on NQ, but price on index`s move in side way direction around VWAP.

Next pull back day with catalyst by news from Germany. Nothing interest, I`am trade my plan with one wrong (last) trade.
Market view:
Description: NQ price came back to open price sell off day. Monday will be interest, if market open with down gap I will be trade "GAP and GO" scenario.
Trading result
Description: First four trade was correct. BUT last trade was wrong and based ONLY on real time analysis. Wrong! Always trade your plan.

Was good for intraday trading day. I`m trade my scenario on NQ and YM and forgot what YM historical weak then other and priror for short "Close VWAP" I must choose YM if no same good news on NQ. For Long I must prior choose NQ. Also "GAP and GO" scenario on NQ was perfect from 7700, but without me.

Description: Like I wrote before I made same error when choose NQ prior to short after open. Also I made one scalp trade with RT analysis this is WRONG! But I have one perfect trade on YM with 49 ticks

RED DAY IN MY TRADING.During weekend I must repeat this day and LEARN ALL my errors! Main error what I`m trade during EU session. In statistic this is not my time! I`m try to trade only RT analyses, that is not good! Next thing what was yday, I `m try to trade "Close VWAP" strategy with out any good signal on OrderFlow. Seat on the hand and wait your signal! I`m so stupid! This is next big RED day. Market was perfect! My plan was perfect (CL and YM Idea was done)! I`m made something wrong and dangerous! First my trade was GREAT! I`m short CL like in my plan! But after... I`m start trade GC and then try to find bottom in CL after sell off. WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!
What I`m understand from this lesson! One important thing! After "Pre market plan" I must open chart`s only what I want trade. Ex: I don`t need to look CL if I trade NQ or GC. I must prepare additional workspace in Overcharts for it.

Perfect!!!! I choose GC and "seat on the hands" and wait my momentum! Yes +120$ that is may be not good profit. But I`m don`t look CL,NQ,YM and jump to same stupid deal. I`m focus on GC and get it. Close deal very very early, price jump like rocket after my close) Anyway that is very important day. When I get profit because follow my plan and rules! That is perfect idea: Close other charts and focus on idea and plan!
Weekend comment
That was difficult week for me, but this week give too much idea`s and way`s how I can be better and what I must do for it! Friday was good example Idea--->Pattern--->Trade. Market can give too much opportunities for good profit, but this medal with two sides. One side this big profit, other one big loss. In statistics 90% traders has loss. What I start do and change in last month this is right way, main and focus on it:
- "Plan your trade and trade your plan";
- "Focus not on the market, focus on your idea"
- ''Always follow your rules"
- "Don`t trade real time analysis, trade strong idea"
This four idea`s can give me stable profit, this is profit can be not great. But work step by step much better then jump from big loss to big profit and come back. This is road with one finish: "Big loss".
Next week will be much better then last. I`m learn this lesson well!

Done. Idea done with trade. I` m look to short position around 55,0 and that was nice idea, but after my trade I saw buyers around .85 and close my trade with good profit. That is good example when I follow my rules and plan. Good day.
