Idea for be better:
1. I must follow my rules.
2. I must prepare and work under strong stratagy on the day. For example today my scenario "Gap and GO" that means I am chouse one or two levels and wait wait reaction there.
Pre market plan
1. First hour plan: "Close VWAP gap"
2. Daily plan "Gap and GO"

Perfect day! Rule "Buy on O/N Low or yday low" on bull market work. Also work stratagy "Close VWAP" during low volatility period work good!
Result:
I must chouse few stragy like "New Low and GO", "Close VWAP" and etc. and work with this stratagy what I understand!

Yday recap
Yday was good day, but not good discipline! I must focus on my stratagy.
Pre market plan
During first hour I will be look correlation between index.
Description: Tommorow will be holiday and today short day until 13-00. I`m wait same strong up impulse after open and then market will be cover his profit and go step by step down.
Main idea:
1. I must control my rule. My RM managment and prepare before trading.
2. I must chouse and trade MAX 3-5 trading stratagy. No more. But I must be one of the best in this stratgy and work, work under principle and rule of this stratagy.
Tading stratagy:
At this moment I good now two stratagy: "Close VWAP" and "New Low and GO".
Example:
Description: This is stratagy work on UP trand, when price PB to O/N Low or yday Low you can wait good pattern to buy.
Additional info:
Before I more focus on same diffent pattern and now I must be better and FOCUS on Market situation + Pattern.
P.S. My main working process must be focus on Market situation and create good rules for create stratagy.

This is FAIL day BUT with good lesson about my rules and trading stratagy. Today I`m try to trade stratagy "Close VWAP" on YM and find few errors in my trading! Errors
Description about errrors:
1. Don`t trade stratagy "Close VWAP" after same strong news or economic releases.
2. My trading start at 9-30. I`m trade ONLY during US session. Don`t trade Pre market time!
3. IMPORTANT and additional rules: "Close VWAP" and "New Low and GO" stratagy can be work and I must do same action ONLY above O/N Low. I must seat and wait when market find buyers, don`t buy under O/N (Day) Low that game for find bottom does not work on the market!
I`m continue work on be better and create up to 5 intraday stratagy with good rules.
Next my stratagy what I trade has name "Delta S/R" area.
Example CL:
Description: Around 57,23 on weekly VP we have strong buy delta together with VPOC area.
Rules:
1. Strong buy/sell delta look on WEEKLY VP chart;
2. Delta must be 3x-5x more then weekly avarage.
3. If this area togeter with VPOC or IB Low/High area it have +1 to this signal;
4. Never try to buy under this area becouse this area can be reverse to resistance area.
5. Trade it on re-test.
After three years intraday what trade I`m understand few important rules:
1. Follow your rules! This is most important part in trading include RM, MM and etc. Very important: Rules must be simple.
2. Trade what you understand! Don`t trade every pattern and every situation!
3. Plan your tarde and trade your plan!
In this small post I will write my key point idea about my future in this road:
1. Very often when my main strong (!!!) idea is working good and I have good profit. I must focus on this part of my trading. I must trade what I`m understand, very very often when I prepare Pre-market plan with same price level what was in my head does not work completly, becouse I don`t has STRONG idea and try to find same price where I can trade. This is wrong part of my trading. Work only with strong idea, use not only NQ I very good understand OrderFlow and I can trade STRONG idea on YM,CL,GC or Euro.
2. My main concept of market this is low/middle volatility market. When market in this condition, no body want same strong down or up days. Becouse balance step by step market more comfortable for big players. In this market very easy work for this guys.
3. During low/middle volatility market I will be trade ONLY this is stratagy:
- Close "VWAP";
- "New Low and GO"(UP trend), "New High and GO"(Down trend);
- "GAP and GO" (under construction);
- "PB to trend day avarage";
- Delta S/R area;
Stratagy "PB to trend day avarage":
My philosophy of life and market it create a simple rules, plan, action on long time period. This is stratagy completly follow my rules and my idea.
Description:
Part1: This is day sesson must be trend day without any big PB and don`t hit VWAP during session.
Part2: Wait, wait and wait when price hit trend day VWAP area or show PB on 50%. NEVER buy under VWAP.

I`m continue work about my stratagy and rules. Now I want update my FIO journal, I would like focus on my stratagy and Market recap with my trades. Important part of my trading must be:
1. Strong idea with my stratagy.
2. Follow my rules.
3. Discipline!
Pre market plan:
1. CL: "Close VWAP" or "New Low and GO" wait re-test 60,15 area, but don`t buy lower.
2. GC: Yday was sell off day. And today price can probably go lower. I must create stratagy for this siuatuation, becouse in statistic this is situation work very well.
P.S. During Pre market time I don`t post screen picture. Only words. Focus on prepare.
Pre-market plan:
CL: "Close VWAP" stratagy. Price level 60,50.
NQ: "Close VWAP" stratagy. O/N high level.
Additional idea on GC: "PB to middle" if price came back to 1417 area.

Same technical problem with trading platform. Can`t find my yday deals. BUT it was perfect day. Trading result PNL: 280$

Win ratio: 100%

Today will be one idea:
NQ: "Next sell day" stratagy. LIS area for it O/N High. Try to find short above VWAP but under O/N high.

Description: First trade was not careful and I`m close him. But second trade was perfect! I see how sellers organize resistance area and sell it.
