Description: May be exit was too early, but...this is also good profit for me.

Wrong day with discipline. My trading plan today was completely wrong! ES and YM after open step by step go up. NQ was much weak then other and I look him. My LIS was yday close, that means I must stop look to short and close terminal. BUT I`m start trade in Real Time analyses mode. That is not good! "Trade you plan"!!!!!

I have two idea for NQ/YM today:
1. "Close VWAP" strategy and LIS it O/N high
2. "GAP and GO". Wait pull back and look strong buyers by OrderFlow.

That was good day with good plan, BUT with bad execution. Idea for CL was done without me, idea with "Close VWAP" was done, but market don`t give me good point for entry. I try to jump to deal and that was not good! But it`s ok, I must learn accept loss day. This is part of trading. -380$ this is my RM rules OK. But in future I must be more careful and wait better moment for entry then I did today! "GAP and GO" scenario was also done, but same like in "Close VWAP" I don see good point to entry in NQ.

Comment: After loss session I always think where I was wrong and what I must do better. I`m understand what this day same like Wednesday last week. I`m also try to short YM with strategy "Close VWAP" and today I understand what it was same mistake like today.
Main problem(error): I`m try to short after gap with strong buyers!

Additional rules for "Close VWAP" strategy:
- Don`t use on the classical gap( open above/under yday high/low);
- Price must be not more/less then 50-60 ticks(YM) if more that means on the market strong buyers/sellers; For other instrument I must also find this is price channel.

Thanks for you post, this is FIO journal good instrument for grow in trading. I every day here wrote my plan and recap. About trading journal with my deal. This is Excel journal, at this moment I can`t find same app service with trading journal what can cover all my ideas )))
I`m work on progression every day!) At this moment I work under rules of my strategy's, like yday "pull back" scenario was not good for market condition. But I`m sure what step by step I will be better))
About my entry and exit, in last year I`m post also ALL my trades, BUT this is need more time for journal and don`t need for developing. BUT may be best and worst trade I`m add to my journal.

All index can`t hold session gap, NQ was weak then YM. I chose correct instrument (YM). I think big people move big money from old tech big company (AAPL, FB, MSFT...) to production company. About trading: Perfect lesson was yday, after gap don`t trade "Close VWAP" and focus on "GAP and GO" what I do today good. I must continue work in this direction and learn on my errors! Nice Friday before long holidays(3 days)

Description: Idea was wrong, this is situation 100% like was for YM. This is main lesson from today: Don`t use "Close VWAP" strategy for CL if price above/bellow +/-0.50 VWAP.

Comment: Yday was wrong day, because plan was incorrect and didn't have strong idea. Today index`s have good UP gap, BUT I don`t see place for "GAP and GO" strategy. GC looks good for "Close VWAP" strategy BUT price go down on ADP Nonfarm statistic, this is not good.

Perfect day. This is day accept my rules on CL and index`s. Don`t trade "Close VWAP" short scenario after gap. I`m don`t trade today.
Description: Perfect example! CL before inventories show strong buyers position and hold price above average of day. This is chart good example, why you will be stupid if use short scenario for this type of market.
Weekly comment
That was cheap learning week . I`m paid "only" 370$ for good lesson about my rules for strategy. I don`t will be trade at Monday and Tuesday and now I want prepare my ALL rules for each strategy in my playbook.
Plan for weekly report Part II:
1. Trading rules for all my strategies(Close VWAP, GAP and GO, PB to average).
2. Prepare plan for update my Excel trading journal.
Also I want prepare Market view at Monday for all my trading instruments. Also I have idea to to bring back the weekly market review to weekly report.
