Some nice opportunities today but you really had to be patient. Feeling great and grateful today. It was a choppy balanced day that in the past I would have been killed on, likely a loss limit day trading every high and low tick failure of price. Focusing on overall context and ranges is crucial on days like today, where focusing on triggers would have been very difficult. My second trade also eventually went to my +26 target.

Letting go of expectations, realizing I am exactly where I am because that is where my level of trading is has been good for my mental state (thanks Kelly). Knowing that I don't deserve anything I don't achieve through hard work and experience, realizing I have no reason to be entitled. I am entitled to nothing and don't deserve anything I don't earn. Onward and upward, heading towards being better than the trader I was today.
