The thing I hate about the Gauntlet is that I can only use mediocre platforms. Can't use TT. I have to settle for Sierra which is my 2nd fav DOM. For my DOM only trading platform is so important. Different DOMs throw me off my game. I'm going to spend 2 weeks getting the hang of Sierra (haven't used it since October), then sign up for the Gauntlet mid March.
Another crappy day in the markets, for me at least, very unpredictable moves so far.
ES has been in a 10 point range since the market opened, NQ has been ranging most of the time as well with some nice moves here and there but never managed to catch them.
So far it is a negative day for me and i am only going to take 1 more trade today (if it is a losing trade) so i am going to wait a little while to see if there is going to be some action later on. I know my results has been nice so far this Gauntlet but the lack of volatility on most of the day's lately is really limiting my system. Very frustrating since the volatility right before i started my second Gauntlet was amazing.
I've been doing a lot of watching and not much trading also. Many of my trades have been break even as the ES & NQ just are not reacting to trading areas with any momentum.

I have done 6 trades so far but none of them reached my target. Only break evens and losing trades so far, that is why i am only going to take 1 more losing trade, i do not want to go down more then 1K on 1 day. All trades today have been 2 contracts.
I managed to end the day break even, which is a very good result since i was down almost -$700 at one point.
Good thing i sat on my hands until i saw the buying opportunity near 7017,5. That was a perfect trade with 1:3,4 risk reward.
It looks like i even could have made a nice profit out of that trade but i didn't want to get greedy, very happy with break even today.
Another slow day for me, didn't manage to capture any decent moves but i made a small profit.
Going to quit early today as i have to leave early today.
Looks like it is going to be another of these slow day's with little volatility, the market has been open for 60 minutes and NQ has been in a 7 point range for 50% of that time.
