Rough day for me, struggled a lot during the ranges and didn't manage to take full advantage of the breakouts, small loss of 138,24$.

Damn what a crappy day, a 10 point range for over 2 hours now, if i wanted to trade such a boring market i would have gone with ES .

Just closed a trade break even that was open for 2 hours and 30 minutes ...
Going to quit for now, maybe i will be back for the last 90 minutes or so, this range can not last forever.
Profit for today so far is 168,36$.

508,92$ profit.

I realize you've just started trading the NQ in your Gauntlet a few weeks ago but you're putting up rock star numbers. I mean you're doing around $1K per week on 1 contract! I realize volatility is on the higher end these days but that's insanely good. I hope you keep it going, it would be very cool to see what kind of offer you get after 8 weeks of this type of performance.

Just as an FYI, the way we would write those profits here in the US is you put the dollar sign to the left of the number, and you use a decimal instead of a comma:

- $124.44
+ $135.56

I mean obviously it's not hard to figure out, but I notice a lot of people not from the US do it like you do. Is that's the way one would actually write that where you are or do you just put US dollars in the same format as say you would a euro or whatever currency you use where you are?

I totally forgot to comment on your post.
It depends, only the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand use a decimal instead of a comma, all other country's use comma.

You are correct on the placement of the dollar sign however, it should be placed in front of the amount it is either $100 or 100 USD. I will do it the correct way from here on

Thanks! So far so good, i hope i can keep up this performance.
So far the losing day's have been very small in comparison to my largest winning day so i am very pleased with these results. There have been a few frustrating day's last week but today was a perfect day for me!
I could have profited even more since i have missed 2 trades while taking a snack break

Do you have a journal? Always interesting to follow other traders who are going on the same journey as me
