Before the mistake i made on February 7th, i never traded more then 1 contract.
Both February 8th and yesterday i did 1 trade with 2 contracts and all others where 1 contract.

The reason i did 2 contracts on those trades is because i now added an extra signal verification to my system and if i get a positive confirmation i will do 2 contracts. If not just 1 contract.

It looks like there are not going to be any significant moves during the next 2 hours or so, so i am calling it a day.
Time to get some beers with some friends tonight

Total profit for today $311,68. I have done 3 Trades with 1 contract, 1 loser and 2 winners.

Smart move. I was trading RTY today and found it was a tough read... an unusual day. Just shrugged off the China news and continued higher on light volume and then boom with 10 mins left it drops huge back into balance

This might help... but I now treat the market after 1:00 EST like a whole new trading session because it reacts so differently. Less opportunities, more chop, etc

Enjoy your posts... keep them coming!

I don't understand why you didn't get a 25K account and a 80/20 split on the first go around? Did you have a big amount of drawdown? I'm with both oneup and earn2trade now. Just got started. I didn't see you have massive drawdown, so what happened? I didn't read everything btw.

You have to make really good profit and have a really good risk to reward to get a 25k account with an 80/20- split.

What is considered really good risk to reward? And is drawdown considered only when realizing losses or unrealized drawdown as well?

I would imagine at least 2:1 and better along with a nice profit over the minimum. I imagine not drawing down close to the maximum helps some. But I think it would mostly be the amount of profit over minimum and at least 2:1 and preferably better for the max account. Maybe E2T will see this and clarify.
