Despite not losing money today this must be by far the worst day i have had so far this Gauntlet.
I messed up on the first 3 trades of the day, moved the SL to BE too fast, forgot to set 1 limit target order and also closed that one break even, so 4 trades in total. Missed around 45 points in the first 30 minutes alone ...
Probably going to call it a day before i do some stupid trades out of pure frustration.
Unless i get a really nice setup this is going to be it for today.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Ended up doing a few more trades, most of them where also break even since was trying to catch the reversals in the range we have been in the last 50 minutes.
In the end i managed to end up with a profit of $300,6 and this gets me back above the 10% target.
Still disappointed with my performance, should have been well over $1000 today.
Forgot to post an update yesterday, wasn't a great day.
I ended the day with a total loss of -$444,36.
Today however is a very nice day, traded only 1 hour and managed to make a nice profit.
Now i do not want to push my luck and get greedy, i also have to leave early today since i have other activities this evening so its a good day to quit early.
I have made a horrible mistake today, turns out i have been trading double contracts by accident and i didn't notice it until it was too late
Because of this i am going to call it a day, there is a good chance that i can recover a decent part of the loss i have made so far with the nice moves going on but i am not willing to risk to lose even more in just 1 day. There is still plenty of time to recover.
