July 11th Trades

Perfectly Executed Trade even though I took a full stop on this trade. After see the price action on this trade which was very slow and action that I had a hard time feeling how to apply my edge I decided not to take any more trades today.

July 12th Trades

Another Perfectly Executed Trade where the trade lost. Even though execution was good my daily preparation was incomplete and I recognized before taking any trades that I was not "in the zone".

Over all my trading execution this week turned out to be excellent and I look forward to trading next week.

This week I was able to meet two of my goals:
I am very pleased that I was able to trade all five days this week without making a single error. (Defined as not following my trade plan)
and three of five days were profitable.

July 15 Trades

Due to the choppy nature of the market this morning I got nervous and trailed my stop to BE before my plan allowed me to do so. In committing this error I gave up considerable profit, my first two target and possibly the third (as the market is still chopping lower as I write this @ 1:47 est) A very good lesson to stick to my plan. I took a second entry but was not in at as good a location as the first and achieved the first Profit Target and was stopped out at BE on the remaining.

July 16th

I followed my plan and did not take the OR trade when we opened @ Settlement and yesterdays POC. Sometimes no trade is a good trade.

July 18th Trades

Three losses today. then I followed my plan and stopped trading. I made one trading error of deviating from my plan which cost me and took ,me out of the game for the remainder of the day. On a good note I executed well enough that my total losses today are less that yesterday's profits. I will keep more focused on perfectly executing my plan.
