} Sleep recovery: 22%, I did not feel tired.
} Daily FOMO Score 60

Completed All Action Items Before Trading

News to Note for Today:
} 8:30 CPI & Core CPI
}10:30 Natural Gas Inventories

Game Plan for Today:
CL: Short Inventory overnight, but only with a delta of -414 Opening up at the hight of Tuesdays RTH Range, with a RTH GAP area that has "gaped" three times and has not been filled in RTH. Watch the opening range and look for a possible move back to settlement and watch for some structure on the 30 min to short from if we do not close the GAP.

What I did not consider was that yesterdays range formed an Island Top... indicating a very weak market

Daily Review:
Did I follow my Schedule for today? Yes
Did I eat appropriately? yes
Did I practice TM? Yes
Markup for trades and record what a perfect day would be: Yes

Account Profit / Loss for the Day
} Net ticks per contract for today: 75

Daily Chart Review:

Notes:
Missed Opening Range trade, which was a really good one. Trailed stops well today -11 rick largest stop hit.3 trades I was stopped out at Break Even after being up 15-20 ticks. Do not know what to think on these. maybe watch my levels closer and the Footprint Chart closer of signs of reversals.

Lessons Learned:

Keep Trading the Opening Range. Keep managing stops to break-even on 1 or 5 min chart to limit risk.

The thing I did today that I want to continue tomorrow:
Continue getting in at good locations on range based trades!!!

Today's biggest mistake & how can I improve tomorrow:
Missing the opening range trade (twice)

How Am I going to do that?
Be more focused on the Opening Range trade and ponder potential setups based on it.

To Start the Day
} Sleep recovery: 91%
} Daily FOMO Score 70

Started Late and did NOT Completed All Action Items Before Trading

News to Note for Today:
} 8:30 Empire State MFG

Game Plan for Today:
CL: Opening in range but above settlement, look for move to settlement. In toll over, look for range bound trades.

Daily Review:
Did I follow my Schedule for today? No, got started lade did not complete all morning prep and suffered because of it.
Did I eat appropriately? yes
Did I practice TM? Yes
Markup for trades and record what a perfect day would be: Yes

Account Profit / Loss for the Day
} Net ticks per contract for today: 58

Daily Chart Review:

Notes: Took a few too many trades today, the first trade I took was up 43 ticks and I was not really focused since starting prep late and trailed instead of taking profits and gave up some 33 ticks. then I was experiencing FOMO and got in two loosing trades that did NOT have appropriate setups on the footprint or 30 min chart. I stepped away for a few minutes and came back and make a couple very successful Range bound trades getting in at really good locations on both. One trade I traled stop to -2 before being stopped out after being up 17 ticks there was a good POC level for a target @ +15 ticks, but I wanted more.

Lessons Learned:
Get in at good levels or do not get in. Be more realistic and set Profit Targets at levels that are reasonable with the current market momentum.

The thing I did today that I want to continue tomorrow:
Enter at good levels and get at-least a 2:1 Reward vs Risk.

Today's biggest mistake & how can I improve tomorrow:
Getting in invalid setups.

How Am I going to do that?
Complete all morning preparation items and be focused on levels. Be more cognizant of the direction of the RTH session.

Daily Chart Review:

Notes:
A little stressed today with personal matters which affected my trading as I took two trades I should not have. Cl Inventory day, got stopped on Opening Range Trade. Took a break-even trade that I trailed stop too close on or it would have hot TP. Stopped of two trades a few minutes after inventory, these trades did not have good locations on 30 or footprint chart, no good reason to get in. Overall it was a good day.
Lessons Learned:
Do not take invalid setups.
The Thing I did today that I want to continue to do tomorrow:
Keep a close eye on the TPO chart and make good decisions inline with the market profile.

Today's biggest mistake & how can I improve tomorrow:
Taking invalid setups

How Am I going to do that?
Take setups that the 30 min and foot print charts confirm.

} 10:30 NG Inventories

Game Plan for Today:
CL: Opening up near settlement, after being above and below in the ETH session shows short term inventory in balance. Monthly, Weekly and Daily charts all look bullish with overnight high peeking above Sept 4 and 10 highs. Notice POC's have been successively higher over the last 5 sessions, however we have rejected from the 71 area twice. Watch opening range for direction.

Daily Chart Review:

Notes:
Got distracted during session and fell out of the zone and took several trades I should not have, justifying my actions because the stop was small and in doing so turned 56 ticks per contract into 12.
Lessons Learned:
Do not take invalid setups. (same as yesterday)
The Thing I did today that I want to continue to do tomorrow:
Keep a close eye on the TPO chart and make good decisions inline with the market profile.

Today's biggest mistake & how can I improve tomorrow:

Daily Chart Review:

Notes:
Started day a little rushed, took opening trade which I managed well for 26 ticks, the lost a 13 tick and was stopped at +2 on my third trade. Market because really wild and it is Friday and I am ready to be done trading for the week so I called it a day not knowing what was happening. Overall a positive day and near perfect on my process.
Lessons Learned:
Take what the market gives and stick to the process.

The Thing I did today that I want to continue to do tomorrow:
Good Entries and Proper Risk Management.

Today's biggest mistake & how can I improve tomorrow:
Behind schedule this morning.

Game Plan for Today:
CL:Game Plan:
Opening near the high of yesterdays range, after spending time above the the ETH Session. Opening with a settlement GAP. Since we are back at yesterdays highs, overnight inventory seems to have gotten out of some of their long positions, market looks bullish on longer time frame charts. Watch opening range for clues as to todays direction and watch for a possible settlement GAP fill.

} Net ticks per contract for today: -42

Daily Chart Review:

Notes:
My Opening assessment was not accurate this morning. after an hour or so it was obvious that volume was building above yesterday's range. The best trade location was in the opening range, which was huge, 30 ticks in one minute. Opening Range low was low of RTH. Need to give this more credence. I paid quite a few ticks for my mistakes today, however I did not exceed my daily risk limit.
Lessons Learned:
Keep up the preparation work. Days always feel better if I have adequate time for preparation.

The Thing I did today that I want to continue to do tomorrow:
Good Entries and Proper Risk Management.

Today's biggest mistake & how can I improve tomorrow:
Taking trades not confirmed by the 30 min chart and TPO profiles and make sure entry is good enough to put stops at reasonable places on the 30 min chart.

How Am I going to do that?
Just Do It!. reduce my strategies to two. (i.e. Opening Range and Range Bound)

Game Plan for Today:
CL: Opening up in range and value about 30 ticks above settlement. Watch for longs from settlement. Not much in the way of overnight inventory. We had a selling tail from the highs of yesterdays RTH, however on the daily chart we are back in the area where we spent considerable time in July. Watch the opening range for clues as to direction. It appears that the market is attempting to go higher and doing a pretty good job of doing it. After further consider of daily volume it is not really doing a good job of moving higher.

Game Plan for Today:
CL: Be patient until inventory numbers are released. Trade what I see, not what I think might happen. Notes:
Took only one trade this morning for a 33 tick profit. I originally panned on 50 ticks, which would have worked, however, I got out at an area on the 30 min chat that made sense and gave me a 2:1 Reward:Risk Trade. This also completes the trading month for me.
Lessons Learned:
