Yeah, everything is ok. I basically had to close my account at Ninja and use that money to take care of some situations I was in but things are looking up.
I took down the YouTube videos out of frustration when I had to close my futures trading account. Probably won't do any videos. Just not my personality. I am too logical and to make good videos you need a bit more than a Spock mindset. LOL!
I have been trading demo lately with Amp Futures. I have also opened a live account with them. Why not go back to Ninja? First, the amount of time it takes to open an account. Last time it was about a week and a half to get everything opened and funded. Kind of archaic in 2019 terms. Amp only took 2 days total and part of that time was me having to explain my username and email. LOL! Second, Ninja was a bit weird in how you requested withdrawals. You didn't have to log in or anything, just fill out a form on their site then someone would process the withdrawal. Every withdrawal had a fee. If I do an ACH withdrawal from AMP it is free.
I plan on going live again Tuesday. I will revive this thread and together we will build a small account to something worth bragging about. We can do that now that we have the micro NQ available. We will start with a little over $500 USD and see what we can do from there.
I got moved to a new team, new work habit, new cloud software to learn and code, not much energy to post or answer mail or watch the chart. But I also switch to micro NQ and it's pretty relaxing win or lose, I sleep well holding it overnight, welcome back.
Pre-Market: Light volume overnight. Just over 50k on NQ 1 hour 45 minutes before the US market opens. No significant news events on the calendar but you never know when the markets will over react to some random news hiccup.
Trade plan: Trading just Micro NQ at this point. Stick to the 5 minute as much as possible. Just looking at the overnight movement the 5 minute looks smooth. If I miss an entry I will drop down to try and find a good spot to join the trend. If it looks choppy after the open I will scalp for a while. Starting out on the micro lots.
I will post my trades with explanations after I am done for the day.
