Hi All,

I needed more time for my Periodic Evaluation and to test things through. I also took some time off and relaxed.
A lot of good insights which helped me to make some decisions to reduce the number of choices that I have to make during trading. I also realized that I had forgotten some essentials
I haven't changed a lot in my trading plan, but I have a lot of things much more clear.

For those how are interested in my review: see the PDF-file

Perhaps it gives you some insight for you too.

Tomorrow I will start trading the DAX again with my new insights.

This morning was my first trading session since Aug 3th.

I ended Break-Even but I was not very happy about myself how I traded.
I took 5 trades, started nice with +3R and then got distracted by technical issues which I could have prevented.

These are my trades and my journal for more details:

The debriefing of my Big Picture will follow later.

Good morning,

I have started the day with doing the mental rehearsal regarding excecuting the OWL-setup correctly as you could have read as one of my actions in the debriefing of yesterday.

So my proces focus will be:
Wait entering the OWL-setup until just for close of the bar and above the Dragon OR when the price crosses the EMA21

By the way: My target for the week is >+10R (=100 points in the DAX)

I debriefed my PZ analysis of yesterday and added my expectations for today (this is something that I am researching):

My Big Picture for today:

Happy Trading to you all and trade with Grace, Ease and Joy

Well..... my Pivot Zone analysis was not very helpful.
It also learned something about myself:
I wanted to be right after all the hard work that I had done.....

I learned some expansief lessons today: 6 trades this morning and -3,11R

My procesfocus has helped me today and prevented that I entered the OWL-setup too soon...... however I had forgotten one important insight from the past: After a large move only trade an OWL on 5 min chart or higher.

O ja... and do not want to be right.....be in flow with the market.

For more details see my chart, Journal and debriefing of my Big Picture below:

Good morning!

Here is my Big Picture and the Pivot Zone analysis (still in development) for today:

Since I still make to many mistakes with my OWL-setup my proces focus for today will be:

OWL-setup: Wait with entering the trade until the bar is about to close above the Dragon and after a large move only trade the OWL on the 5 min timeframe

Happy trading to you all and trade with Grace, Ease and Joy.

Hanneke
