Hi Traders
Sorry coming in late today.
Last week positions i only left with ES Short, with very little risk ( 2ticks) on table. Both Sugar and US30years exited with little profit. Not what i expect, but this is market, all i want is staying breakeven untill some big run. thats my trading objective with this plan.

attached journal in details.

Hi Traders

Continue to hold ES Short with the expectation it is not going anywhere, likely to hover around weekly MPOC and my last 50h1bars mpoc. with mental preparation if break out (up) for a reversal Long. Area to watch above 2470. Likely i will do a reversal Long after my short stop out, if that happen. either direction i have my plan in place. Good luck to you all

Watch closely Crude for a Long signal if h4 close above 46.38. that is in 30mins time or else 4.5hours later. The only reason i use timing to gauge my entry, basically it serve as patience reminder, to me To me, it often remind me hold my hand tight so i watch h4 to close above key level then only i look for entry in h1. i do miss some signal because of waiting, but i thought i dont mind to have lesser trade, but only trade that i think worth to risk.

Hi traders
is a quiet Monday for me, which is good, because my stats show low hit rate on trade taken on Monday.

Hi Traders
nothing much. Crude just failed to close above my h4 key level so i did nothing today but watching.

ES formed a bullish h4 layout but h4 mpoc in the face against a bullish breakout. will only act untill i see a winner. not surprised if the energizer-ed bull win.

Hi Traders
didnt pursue long Crude

a box is a micro value area/vol profile so when it is going into a new box i need more supportive technical identifier to consider my orginal breakout signal.

Hi Traders
Today i got into a Long Euro during euro hours. pretty straight forward breakout and no brainer initial stop below all recent session low. just following my plan.

thing changed a bit so after my Short on ES exited, i didnt follow up with a reversal Long. again, as following my plan as the new signal has little difference in actual number of my technical identifier hence lower score and no trade done.
