I wasn't very much in flow with the market and NOT PATIENT ENOUGH
6 trades, -0,4R

My improvement points are:
- Be more patient and rely on your Big Picture
- BigPicture higher timeframe has more value than lower time frame
- Check if your bias is still valid
- Be more aware on reversal signals

For more details: See my Journal, trades and missed trades (because I placed my self out of the game after trade errors):

7 Trades today, +0,27R

I am not very happy about my trading behavior and although my procesfocus for today was 'Location First and check regular my bias', I didn't perform well on this. I even got stuck in Loss Trap behavior.

For more details: see my trades, Journal and debriefing of my BigPicture below:

I am not very proud about my behavior yesterday during my trading session and I delayed doing my debriefing.... So before I started today, I made sure I was oke with that and made the deal with myself that I would do the debriefing after my trading session today.

My proces focus for today was: Be Patient

I had problems getting my BigPicture in a way that I felt good about it. This is the BigPicture I worked with this morning:

This morning I traded 7 trades: +7,31R

This means that my goal for this week is achieved: > +10R (I made a typing error in the post at the beginning of this week which said that my week target was +20R)): +11,92R in total.
So I am happy about this and the way I corrected myself today after my bad trading habits yesterday

I will post my debriefing tomorrow.
Have to go.

Have a great weekend you all!

As promised my debriefing of my trades of last Friday morning session.
Is had been 8 trades instead of 7.
Overall I am happy with my trading behavior except of trade number 6. I was influenced by the down moves of the last hour and took an entry without a setup.

As you can see below I took 46 trades during 8 trade sessions.
Normally the number of trade sessions would have been higher, but I was ill unfortunally.

The average R is just below my target of 0,25; the same with the Nsqn number. The cause of not at my target level is caused by not being patient and a few days with bad trading behavior. So being patient will be one of my main focus points for the next week.

Assume that this would have been trades on a trading account of Topstep Trading: the positive thing is that it would meet there targets regarding max. drawdawn, dailly and weekly losses if I would have trade with 3 future contracts. That is nice to know, but quit an other cup of tea if you compare it with the monetair risk I use to day. Nevertheless .... good to know

As you perhaps noticed in the overview with my results per trading session, I also started to log if I avoided issues during my training. I listed these issues during a previous periodic review a few months ago. By avoiding know issues that have a negative effect on my trading results and which are bad habits, my performance will improve.
Issues to avoid are f.e.:
- trading a sideway market with a small range out of fear to miss a big move
- not respect my bullet system
- not being selective enough, taking trades that not meet my rules
- not making a good BigPicture before I start trading
- etc..

Review the last 8 trading days from the view point of the 13 Tasks of Top Trading, I can improve myself on several points:
- Doing mental rehersal more often.
- Be Greatfull for what went right. I am much, much more focused on what I did wrong or what I can improve.
- Be more patient during stalking a posible trade
- Total commitment with no thought or hesitation during the tasks 'Action', 'Abort' and 'Profit Taking'
- Be real honest to myself during the self analyses.

So with this all back in mind, let's keep on focussing doing the good things more and more, and the bad things less and less.

Happy trading for you all and trade with grace, ease and joy!

Hanneke

This morning I traded 6 trades: +3,01R

This could have been much better because I made 2 avoidable traders mistakes.

I noticed that I started to postpone make my debriefings which makes it harder to do and results in ineffective use of my time. So I better change this, starting tomorrow

For more details: Please see below my trades, Journal and debriefing of my BigPicture.

One thing I really know for sure:
100% flawless trading is impossible; keep on becoming better in doing the right things will do the job eventually

Have a great evening!
