Crude Oil
Trade type: Swing trade until stopped out.
My Support level: $46.03-$46.37

My Resistance level: $51.29-$52.04 if broken
$53.06-$54.12

My Trade: In @: $46.62 Long 6 contracts

My Stop:$46.80 manually trailed to $47.11

Mindset: Feeling focused, well rested, & Bullish.
Going back to straight Supply & Demand / Price Action trading, Moving Averages will be just for seeing where older price is. I gave Ichimoku Cloud System a try and it is a nice system but I like clean charts the cleaner the better for me

I didn't trade July 17th & 18th waiting for setup trying to learn patience.

Crude Oil

Type: Day Trade

My Support: $45.00

My Resistance: $46.00

My Trade: $45.90 Was Short 4 contracts

My Stop: $46.10

Mindset: Not Focused, not at the top of my game, I allowed myself to trade on what I expected and or what I thought would happen. I didn't trade on what the market was telling me. I also was about $1500 into profit about 2:00am this morning my time and I Ignored my first thought to take profits, I woke up and checked and didn't think about the Opec meeting. Kicking myself but this is how we learn and sometimes we still repeat the same mistakes consciously either out of greed and or wanting to be right, for me today I think it was both I was expecting a nice payout and to be right.I shouldn't have traded into the Opec meeting, lesson well relearned. Can't win them all I guess, I have to look back at what I made or profited so far this month Feeling better already I may get back in on the trade today, but maybe not.I think I will allow today's market to pass maybe maybe not.

This month is teaching me so much about myself and trading habits. I think it is definitely a plus to Journaling

Crude Oil & AUD/USD
Chartsaily
Crude Oil
My Support level: $44.61

My Resistance level: $$45.38 I'm expecting it to be violated

Trade: In @: $44.34 Long 6 contracts ,
$44.82 Long 6 contracts, $45.05Long 6 contracts

My Stop: $44.57 will be manually trailed.

Mindset: Well rested. I got in on this trade a little on edge was wishing the setup would hurry up and happen so I can get in on the trade. I still jumped the gun a little but being patient an allowing the trade to work is paying off. I didn't trade Oil July 10th waiting on this setup. Mindset now is good like a baby that has finally gotten his pacifier or bottle after crying for it, I'm very satisfied. This Journaling challenge is teaching me so much about myself, it is pointing out my flaws and I will definitely work on them. The flaws are so far Impatience, fear of missing out, & anticipation which can sometimes lead to anxiety and it leads you to checking other time frames which can make you doubt your trade, I notice for me it happens when I'm not well rested.

AUD/USD

My Support level: 0.76039

My Resistance level: 0.76235

My Trade: In @: numerous entries see photo
Long 9 lots @ 1.50, Swing Trade.

My Stop: 0.76230 will be manually trailed.
Mindset: Well rested. Feeling very confident with this trade I will let these trades run for as long as possible. I was thinking of quitting Forex trading before this trade but Journaling has taught me it is best to wait for setups and only get in on high probable trades. I'm learning so much by re examining what I already know and being held accountable to do better.

Crude Oil
Trade Type: Day Trade

My Support level: $47.42

My Resistance level:$48.67

My Trade: In @: $48.68 Long 4 contracts
My Stop: $49.10 was manually trailed to $49.10 and stopped out in profit

Mindset: Feeling confident & Focused, was looking at the lower high and the overall position of the market the weekly chart looked extremely Bullish with the promise of getting even more Bullish with a Ma cross looking likely to happen soon the Monthly isn't far off the Bullish path in my opinion. I held this trade from yesterday, which is why I didn't post anything but now I think about it maybe I should've So it would have shown it in the red and the fact that I had the for sight to hold it in to profit. Overall I enjoyed this trade

Crude Oil
Traded under the same criteria above. Man Swap really took a chunk out of the profits, the broker got there cut.
