Why not screen capture your trading & just share the video? It's the most clear format of journaling.I'll submit my journal this way.

so here is my first Journal trading post.

First of all:
before market opens i watch the market Profile. where is the market on open relative to value Areas from several days before. i think the volume Profile is much more important than the TPOs. i dont care when market spend some time on one Level, it is important to know if market rejected or accepted this Level. which means how much volume was traded there. key Levels are for me; Value area highs/lows and RTH session highs/lows.

the next step is: what did the market do overnight? 'Big Picture' Shows me how the market digested the RTH session and i think yesterday FOMC Meeting created some moves. so how did market react overnight-> we had a sell off.

i attached two Video files.

the first Shows a quick 3 tick scalp. market sold off and hit a wall short term. i only entered the trade AFTER buyers were hitting the offer, i didnt make the first move, i didnt make the initiative move. and you should also never do that.
you will see Absorption on some Levels, never ever react to These without a reason. you should know when to join an iceberg and when do go against the iceberg. why i exited?-> first sign of resistance 3 ticks away, i could have got 2 more ticks but didnt want to risk my 3 ticks for that. afterwards we know always better right?

the second Video: i put a Limit order and my Computer freezed. we have Holiday in Germany and i think most People are using the Internet right know (watching Game of Thrones and House of Cards) it basically crashed.
after that i decided not to trade anymore for the day.
why entered the trade? watch the battle and how the sellers win this battle. i wanted to enter at the step on the volume Profile bc when sellers hit into the bids from this Level bids will pull, People will join the Party and Longs will puke out.
from there i hadnt any Internet Connection. but look at Chart1 we had a further move to the downside.

so guys hope you enjoy my first trade post
cheers

As you can see from his profile, this guy is banned from FIO.
Thus chances are minimal that you will get any answer ...
