An experiment in forex position trading

Hi, I have some spare time for a month or two soon so I was going to concentrate and document trades and decisions for my own amusement or feedback.

I'll be running 3k account using TPO and tech analysis in a micro FX account.

tbc.

Majors to start with and maybe others later.

I'm not sure exactly how it will run yet, but I'm thinking it will be about exposure and attempting to trade into and out of 'value areas' over a longer time-frame.. well, that's the rough plan for now.

Okay so just looking at e/u for now and this is how I see it. I would like to try buy into a small dip from Monday for a possible run to 1.1600

Failing that I guess it will fall back into the channel, down to about 1.0944

a/u trade worked out well but I closed it off too soon due to not adjust the tp prior to the new event, oh well.

E/u long was taken, up 30 pips so just sitting on b/e to see if it runs (not that hopeful.)

E/u long that was at b/e survived and got flat at 1.1193 ish on the 17th and haven't been in a Euro position since.

Tried to ride Aud short during the week but it didn't break 7540 so I brought long, still holding the shorts and that leaves me averaged short at 75560.. so considering sentiment is slightly bullish I'll be buying dips next week.

The POC is heavy around 7550 and 7700:

Hopefully a dip an AUD will get gown to 7556 and then to play it from there..
