I missed the Wed short trade.
I had that it would bounce at opening and was looking for the fail of the bounce at 2386. It only got to 2383.75 -2.25

Wed H was estimated to be 2386.00
Wed actual HOD was 2383.75

Est High= 2386.00
High zone > 2384.50
Sell above= 2381.50

As of now (Saturday) made the coding change and also the change in est for FP when I have a "sell near open" signal. That should now give 2384 vs the 2383.75.

We got the springboard I was anticipating, just a tad higher than thought.

The campaign for this range was picture perfect.

Simply Beautiful !!!

Sorry I don't know how to capture as you did above. Pretty neat.

Was Friday a high?

I don't believe so.

The real battle for this market will be 2537 on a weekly, 2568 on a monthly time frame. The CM's started working these objectives back in 2008.

On a daily time frame ES can do one of two things & still be healthy.
1. absorb this area - form a higher range - my preferred price action
2. re-test 2403 and then move to 2568 my long term objective
daily objectives can be tricky & change on the fly due to market noise
thus I choose to use a trading range as shown in the chart above.
It's more accurate for this time frame.
3. a move that breaks below 2345 is unlikely & unhealthy

Weekly

We just moved above the 1st. long term objective of 2403. It took 13 weeks to absorb and move higher. A retest back to 2403 is possible. Number 2 above.

Monthly

Were in no man's land. Well above 2140 and working 2536. Notice how the objectives get confusing. With what I do it's dialed in as we approach the target area. You may find this hard to believe.... It will take some work literally years! If we move above 2536, a move to 3047 is on the table. Am I crazy!!! twt

I can only hope I haven't left you confused too much with my response.

Good Trades to Everyone

1. IN this thread these are not captured trades - they are trades that would have been great to capture.
2. Thanks for your thoughts below. So is it correct that you believe the market will continue to absorb and area and then move higher to a next level in a slow stepwise upward fashion without a correction of >10% until 3047?

thanks.

Right I kinda thought we would absorb this area. Your Welcome !!

It’s not a mature trading range thus I believe we’ll see more sideways movement before a move.
Let’s allow the market to give us more information than we presently have.

Have you noticed money flow into Bonds? With Bonds markup stocks usually correct, so we’ll see if supply enters stocks. None is present today.
I’m actually long Sept Bonds with several objectives 158.12 then 160.30 & if I’m real lucky I cover my position at 163.

Anyway back to ES , typical price action of a young trading range – it needs to mature.

Good trades to everyone
Wyatt
