Beginning today, my entire trading session(s) now stream live on YouTube. The session is also saved for posterity. All that said, I am sure watching a movie length playback of my trading session with my commentary may not be the best use of your precious time, so promise I will take appropriate clips into proper context and do a short 10 to 20 minute recap on the key stuff - highlights, learnings, what I could've done better - in fact today I was shocked at the value of the recording. Henceforth I highly recommend recording the trading session for review!
Here is the video journal of my trading day today. Its the entire session recorded in its entirety (and I'm afraid the trading did not go well!); meanwhile I am getting my first edits for an introductory video explaining my methodology, money management, profile, view of my trading room etc and hopefully it should be up soon. The lower portion is the readout of my biofeedback device. It is not foolproof but any bit of help for staying in the zone is helpful!You can see that there are two fan lines which indicate 'The Zone'.
