At futures io, our focus is on quality education. No hype, gimmicks, or secret sauce. The truth is: trading is hard. I put out a new education video today. I talk about the differences between futures instruments. It's a fun video that I think everyone here will really enjoy.

Today I posted a video going over some books that I feel every trader should read to cover the fundamentals.

I've been collecting stats on a new signal I'm testing. I'll post some stats on that at the end of the week. Looks promising so far, but trade selection is still key.

After collecting stats for two weeks I've started to trade the adjustments to my strategy live this week. I made a few mistakes, and still have too many trades overall. However, I did extremely well this week. Here's today's video which I want to highlight because I did really well even in the low liquidity action. Some of the craziest trading we might ever see so definitely want to remember this one.

Well it does not get much more crazy then this. When the Yuan starts moving the treasuries are just going insane. I finally got a 16 tick day, and we could have gotten a lot more if we had pushed it harder.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.
