I cant speak for what risk you are happy to hold, or your style, can only talk from my way of doing things. My method should return approx 60%+ winning trades, and I look for swings of approx 5-6pts+, and I am happy to accept about 60%. At 50% trading …
My stop (its hard).....
But this may change:
I scalp with 1 pt stop - targets are 1-3 pts. Scale ins also have tighter stops.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
i have moved main position BE back to above highs - this is my risk, I should not be playing about with it and sticking it at random prices - the market doesnt care. I have 2 adds @37.25 which stops are at 38.25, and not looking good at moment.
hmmm....i got hit there, and for some reason 2 positions didnt close out, wasnt watching the screen and just puked them at 42.25, jeez - thats my day loss max -18pts, was down -6pts after crap morning and poor scalping.
