this PA is for another push higher - this could see up to 2210s.

tempted to go long 2204.50 with stop 1pt below but will wait for pull back, and go to gym.

well just bottled going long 2203.25 SD1....hmm. I have bid in between that and IB high - looking for better rr. I think that was the chance.

thats annoying - need to speculate to accumulate - it had trend written all over it. Note: must have more confidence/conviction.

R1 approaching.

back from lunch and the resistance turned support held just below the SD1. Nice PA today.

Will R1 hold again? Looking for some tick div to get involved about here.

Not traded since this morning +13.5pts.

Absolutely knackered, markets not moving lol (oh price just tagged y_high), did one swing trade today - R2 2214 wld prob be next level I wld look to fade but plenty of opportunities tmrw.

Review
~1 x Swing trade - good entry, only 2 lots, which poss made me bit hasty trying to scalp to improve basis...as fear of unloading at poor exit then watching market ramp to targets whilst only having half on was constantly playing on mind. As it was there was hardly any pullback to i was alr out anyway.
~2 x missed trades - 2 good scalps/reloads both for 3-4pts, both at obvious levels, and i had fear of losing $$ which is silly cos risk was 1.25 pts max on 1 lot.

Scoring quite well on my metrics re sticking to rules/kill losers when wrong/maintain profits til targets/maintain focus/good rr trades only. Hope it continues. (Just poor on not entering all setups with good rr).

Have a good day/eve.

I am working from home today as not feeling great. My set up here is limited so i wont be posting much, and less charts.

Interesting in CL this morn with opec meeting, pushed up ES. I have made a cpl of scalps and am cpl of pts up.

I will post preview and levels later.

Have a good day.

I got bored out of a position at good level and now flat pnl, and posn before the figs/open. Loads of spoofing going on then taking full advantage of risk on/oil ramp....no idea why i am watching the DOM for 4 hours it really is pointless/mind torturing.

2200s gd level eth & and week vwap. 96s prev day lows & gd support level. 2010 obv eth, prev day high, R1 day pvt. THen ath just above.

ETH vwap climbing to ~2207- my swing targets are normally around +5pts so if to fade highs then would need to be around the 2012 ath level to get decent swing trade on with room....or if set up looks good then do full size so can play around with scalping (and do better job than today). Prev day vwap is 2204 so cld be target 2.

To note RR could be ok at lower fade level to take a trade - just may mean a scalp target <5pts.
