maximum risk : $300 per trade, $600 per day, max. 2 contracts my psychological and physical state : one week not trading, I have to be careful todaymy goal for the day : watching the market and doing analysis, taking good trend trades

maximum risk : $200 per trade, $400 per daymy psychological and physical state : new future contracts today in FESX and others, be careful today, not too much riskmy goal for the day : not my best day, looking forward to holiday next week
