Hi all,

let me introduce myself: I am new to trading (approximate 1 y). After a bad crash in my account a few years ago, I studied a lot of trading literature, webinars, seminars and trial-and-error paper trading. Now I thought I should give it a serious try again. And that post convinced me finally starting this journal:

futures.io (formerly BMT) Blog: So, you want to trade, huh? Really? Seriously?

So, please give me a chance. I need a lot to learn.
But I want to get started now.

The daily preparation for my trading is doing an analysis for the markets.
It contains:
  1. the long, medium and short term trends
  2. Support and resistance levels
  3. Possible Exits and Entries

I'm not sure about this, but basically I intend to use Position Sizing as follows:
  1. doing nothing (unsure)
  2. small (about 1/2 of the normal size)
  3. normal (standard)
  4. large (about 1.5 of the normal size)
f.ex. (2) small if the first Entry Signal didn't work or trends are pointing in different directions

I plan to increase the standard Pos. Size as trading results improve

For me trading gets difficult when I "see" my account value (money).
I try not to pay attention to the money value.

As soon as I look at the $$$ I get scared and strategies wont work for me, because I could loose it.
