DAX:
Limit Buy S1 (5840) was in between 08:00 and 09:00 preMarket so I didnt trade that one.
Possible entry here again will not work.
In the DAX I have to wait for the R1 (5994) or the top mark R3 (6114) for action. But probably there my trade direction will change to long. So DAX in between 5840 and 6114 will be range trading. Better no trading.
Next possibility is the Limit Buy at 5780.
BUND:
like in DAX - maybe no trades here too. range.

Cool, I just read that artilce from "The Kirk Report" about uncertainty. Thats exactly what matters me in the DAX (BUND) today. I am uncertain. For me that results in not trading this day.
The Kirk Report : Learn To Love Uncertainty
Probably through my "Game Plan" (thats my long/meduin/short-term analysis) I am prepared for trading each day.

I have been moving. Lots of work in our new home. No trading the last 2 weeks.
Hopefully I will be back next week.

--> every morning I will note down a short trading plan for the day, containing:
maximum risk I want to take
my psychological and physical state
my goal for the day, that I try to achieve
short analysis for the markets I trade
--> at the end of the day:
a short summary of my performance
some things I want to improve tomorrow

Nice to see your back
Can you tell me, did the free iPad / $600 tablet contest motivate you to restart your journal? I'd like to know so I can keep track of which contests work the best.
Thx
Mike

From seeing the 20 new journals and the more frequent updates, then I would say your program is definitely working!
