0930:25 short 1
Took the loss quickly. It would have hit the -9T normal stop. Got in early; did not wait for bar to close. Often, a turnaround will happen on a high ranging bar which indicates low liquidity. In the case of move up to move down: a high range down candle would indicate a decrease in the number of bids.

1005:49 3 trades -16 ticks
getting in at the end of moves. At least I got +2 on one of them. Cutting wins letting losses run. Not good.

1216:14 Long 1 0T
Cutting losses short - good. Had a pretty high MFE - bad. Should have taken a few ticks. The first down candle in the trade was large and should have prompted me to get out.

1106.20, short 1, -4T
Got out quickly - good. The level wa ok, but the structure was not very good.

1301:18 Short 1, -5T
Location was OK but structure was inadequate. Also there was no indication of a change in direction.

1232:23 Short 1, +4T
All the white down arrows showing Asks holding the line convinced me it was a top and then a 5 bar down candle was the structure/trigger so I went short. Location was fair. Chicken exit, but, as can be seen in the chart, PA did not get to +20T, only +12.

1011:53, long 1, -2 T
At least I got out quickly, as soon as it didn't look good. I went long after a good up bar after big down bar, thinking it was a little pullback. But it turned out to be the end of an up move. Location was poor.

1317:35, short 1, +5T
Everything was good except the exit. Chicken exit. Could have made +20 with ) MAE.

Too distracted, too much fear. Must mentally prepare more at beginning of the day.

1117:05, short 1, -1T
Entered late in the down swing, direction OK, struct poor, exit good. I want entries where PA will go my way very quickly, so I will exit if I don't get favorable movement quickly.

1233.03, short 1, -1T
Here I was picking a top. The down candle before entry was only 3 ticks long, not really long enough to indicate follow-through.

1302.56 , short 1, +3T
Entry was 1 tick late, but that's OK. Exit was fair. You can see in the cumulative delta that market buyers really came in strong, justifiying the exit. Overall from the 128 delta volume chart (on the left) this was an entry late in the run.

0822:30, short 1, +8T
Entry good, chicken exit. Not touching the ATM would have yielded +20T.
From now on I will say "ATM -> +20T" instead of the previous sentence.
My gain for the week is positive!!!

0759:11 2 trades, -17 T
should not have traded just before 0800 ERROR. Always be out at 0800 CT, the pit open. Used 33.25 as an s/l. Not a good location (LOC). Did not see the downward direction for second trade which is obvious in hindsight.

0811:15, long 1, -4T should have left the ATM alone. ATM would've given +20T

0838:47 Long 1, +1T, chickened out immediately. Bad LOC, Bad Direction. DIR was still down.

1001:05 short 1, +1T,
DIR wrong, fighting the trend

1308:10 short 1, +3T
ATM would have given +20
DIR good, LOC ok.

1939:20 and 1041:01, both -9T (full boat)
At the end of a run, trying to catch a reveral but too late; MFE's very low.

1103:13 3 trades, -9T, -6T, +20T
Trying to catch top, wrong directions. Finally caught one the third time.

1324:12, long 1, -5T
wrong direction hoping for a turnaround.
