Welcome, Guest!

@ 2SD RTH?

At HOD, price did not reach that.
Let's see what happens now at VWAP.

Oct 14th

Overnight made a higher high just below yesterdays high, then pulled back. Upon the opening, the ONH got taken out.

Price movement in conjunction with $tick is looking strong, taking a pilot long. Add tick is print around 0ís. Profit target #1 hit. Price retraces to VWAP. Distracted and added too late. A $tick divergence is showing. Closing both contracts at VWAP. I can have free beer this weekend, profit 0.5 points
Hindsight: I should not have added a 3rd contract when the daily range is just 6 points, Iīm too eager.

First significant negative $tick prints (>500), daily range is 6 points sofar, my bias is changing to a range day. Will be looking for a short opportunity if price gets on a nice level above VWAP. Price holds, but T&S looks like not for long. Taking a pilot short. Price retraces.
Looks like the same situation as yesterday on which I asked @Inletcap is in the making: Price is currently ranging, high RVOL (first time today) on the (lower) rangelevel and price stays well below -1 SD sofar. Iím ready for the opening gap closure. I posted this live call in the Spoos, happy that it worked out . Profit target #1 hit. Price pulls back. Iím not adding since a $tick divergence is developing. Closing #2 because of dinner time. Profit +7 points.

Iím done (dinner) and going to celebrate the weekend.
Hope you all had a nice trading week.

Good job! I had 11 am appointment, else I would have closed long at OR_Bottom cross myself. You did a good job of trading directionally until your bias was flipped and sticking to it- that was your goal and it paid you!!!

Oct 19th prep

Market overview ( am / CET)
- Asia, mixed -0.3 +0.2%
- Europe, up 0.1%
- Oil, up 1.6%
- Gold, up 0.6%
- Bonds, down 4/32

Overall sentiment is neutral.
Oil report at 10.30 am (18.30 CET) and beige book at 2 pm (20.00 CET).

Important price levels
- 2139. Monthly VWAP, yesterdayís high
- 2126-27. ONL + S1

Overnight volume was low, price is not moving much sofar, beige book in the afternoon, etc.
Iím expecting price to be ranging today between the monthly 2139 (Monthly VWAP) and 2126-27 (ONL + S1).

I will be looking for shorts from highs like R1 and yesterdayís high, and longs from 2126-27.
My challenge today is to stay in the trade until my bias confirms otherwise.

Right. My bias is off, so I made a small loss.
Price looks strong at the current level, so I switched bias and I'm seated for a break of the 40 price level.

You've done very well already
