Moved to a nice resort today, with better Internet than I had at my old place. I am slightly further away from the beach (3 min. vs. 1 min. walk), but trading should be more pleasant with respect to its technical aspects (no more disconnects!).

1 perfect trade, -20.

I feel like I can see the entry was off a good bounce from the EMA, but didn't the prior price action give you a heads up that the buying was weakening and selling strengthening? Those bear bars would have made me nervous about a long there. Also the vertical move indicating momentum vs. a "nice trend, buy the pullback" kind of trade, just like the previous two moves. I do not trade CL, so I may be way off the mark but was curious

No, you are absolutely right. I was buying at the top of a range. I followed my setup without considering context. The kicker was that the signal bar wasn't even that great, bear body. Impatience on my part.

2 trades, 2 units each, +18, +18, +38, +31.
I suspect many traders were hesitant to buy after such a strong move already happened... but a fresh BO is a whole new game than just a move to range's edge.

Had to trade early today, so I logged in at 7 pm Thai time (7 am EST).... and voila... a cute range ready for a breakout.

1 trade, 2 units, +40, +2. Too bad the runner got taken out...

Didn't trade all week, for various reasons.

Today: -44, +37, +37.

2 NQ trades, +2.5, +3.5.

I am starting to trade NQ, because it fits my trading concept better.

"When you are fearful, you have chosen wrongly.... You must change your mind, not your behavior, and this is a matter of willingness. You do not need guidance expect at the mind level. Correction belongs only at the level where change is possible. Change does not mean anything at the symptom level, where it cannot work." - ACIM ('Fear and Conflict')
