I had previously started a journal in the elite section. I ran out of integrity with that, coincidentally and not surprisingly about the same time I ran out of money. Odd that integrity and money correlate in trading. One of the comments I received was to not have a journal in the elite section if I am not an elite trader. Point taken.

Working on market prep now. I am starting in the morning.

My consistent pattern is lack of preparation, so that is what I am here to work on. I have watched all of FT's webinars, many of Dalton's and many of Tim Morges, along with DB Vaello of orderflowanalytics. They all say the same thing, the best traders they know are the best prepared.

Good day today. NT set up. Downloaded a year of replay data. Charts set. Volume profile and median lines, no indicators.

Tomorrow starting replay on 30 minute chart identifying market and volume profile structure on previous day and globex session and then watching that play out on the day session. I have a market preparation spreadsheet that I use pre-open. Filling one out for each session. Try and get 20 in tomorrow.
Repeat the process with 13 minute charts.

Later starting to draw median lines on replay to improve market vision.

I spent a significant amount of time working internally since I closed my account. Denise Shull's book, Market Mind Games, is great. Thanks Mike, won it here. Could just as well be titled trading your childhood. Youtube channel for Faster EFT, Robert Smith has been very helpful. A recent book, Mastermind, How to think like Sherlock Holmes, has also been very helpful at understanding bias in thought and decision making.
