What is it about me that when the market gives me outsized profits I flatten and step aside?
I have finally found out the reasons and addressed the components that make the flawed me and am trying use that information to keep my edge sharp henceforth.
However what happened back then is I took tiny pips where dozens were offered:

Technically this was an ARB that was easily tradable to the long side but I was allowing myself to get overtly poised and playing "harried executive" over nothing,
I don't want to offend, but I have no idea what you are trying to accomplish with your trading. Most of your trades seem to be a few ticks winners or loser. You seem to be trading noise. I just don't get how you think you can be profitable trading noise.

I thought about the previous comment and of course it is easy to see why someone might feel that way.
As I am improving daily I can provide more instances where I am more patient and entered correctly as per my setups, and took a loss where the premise was wrong (Tipping Point) or allowed the trade to reach target!
These 10-tick winners on valid setups can nicely offset the losers and thus provide a winning edge.
