Good luck with the new Combine.

About NT8, do you like it better than 7, and can you say what it is that you like more about it?

I am wondering if it's worth learning it yet....

Bob.

Thanks for the support.
Nt8 beta is fairly the same. There are a few changes. But it is very stable for my use. Before my volume profile stuff was not very stable. Nt7 would crash depending on what I'd use. This made consistency much more difficult I'd have charts and templates how I'd like it then wham it could crash. I'd also have to soft uninstall every few weeks as my various volume profile stuff was unstable especially with multiple volume stuff on it. I'd have to hard uninstall every 8to12weeks.
Overall the footprint is very stable and it has back tick data. The back tick data is one of its best features as nt7 needs to be on to show printed data. Running your cpu week long for long hours was needed. You can show back data of print, tick, volume, etc. If you use that it can be key.
Now with nt8 you can load your cpu and have it up in a few minutes showing overnight action, etc.
It supposedly truly uses multicore, while nt7 just bogged everything down.

I have signed up for the combine by TopStep. The price was right I had a coupon code. With that code I was not able to postpone my date, thus am enrolled a week earlier than I prefer.

150k combine. Max 15 lots
I will first attempt to make a cushion of 500, then 1000, then 1500.
When I get to 1500, I will be able to trade much more freely and look for runners.
This is not to say I am not look for runners at all, but my priority is capital building at first.

I will start with 2-3lots. Attempt to get enough singles and doubles to build capital up.
When I get +500 to +1000 I may progress or scale in up to 5 lots.

Downside is
1. I am going out of town till 3/8, will likely not be able to trade 3/2-3/8. About 5 trading days.
2. I have had to update nt8 and it is not working properly right now. I need to fix that before any trades occur.

Good side is
1. Combine too cheap to pass up
2. Ability to use 15 lots, means I can scale very small and grow
3. The nt7 update seems to work fine.

I'm thinking we're going to break this balance between 1927-1932 then rotate down to the 1917-1922 balance area.

Right now I am still trying to get my nt8 up and running for tomorrow's New York, I will likely be able to trade 1 session then will have to wait till mid next week due to other obligations.
I got the T&S and superDOM running fine, but the charts will not load. I will check the nt forum site.

I hate to say this, but if you've done a Combine in the past, you should take a look at the fine print on the email you got from TST that had the coupon code. Here is part of the email I got:

"Offer valid for new customers only on the first month of any size Trading Combine."

I took that to mean that I can't use it (which I wanted to do, of course), because I am not a new customer.

I know that the page on the web site will take the code -- it took it when I put it in, although I didn't finalize the transaction after I re-read the offer.

I would definitely not go ahead with this Combine without contacting TST support and making sure that it is OK for you to do so.

It would be a very bad thing if you were successful in the Combine but found out that it was disqualified.

Bob.

If I made it through the combine successfully, they'd be foolish not to take someone to investigate further. I noted your post in the other thread and I noted the complaint from someone who had passed but was supposedly not qualified for his coupon code but was after it cleared up was offered to take the next step in the combine program. He was banned from this site though.

Just wanted to make sure you were going in with your eyes open. As I said the other day, I hope you do well with it.

Good luck. I'll be following with interest, and rooting for your success.

I have nt7 synchronized with the TOPSTEP account.
150,000 balance. My TST dashboard is up as well.

Now the only thing I need to get going is my NT8, since this past weekends update the charts for me will not load.

Market action did my recent hypothesis 3hrs ago, see post 3hrs prior, a few up. Dropped from 1930, to swing low of 1920.75, it is now plausible to go back up to 1926.50 or so to short to 1917. Of course this has to be confirmed with order flow for me to enter with a reasonable stop loss.
This is not rth so I cannot trade it now. But it is good practice and goo to note it is following what I believe is technically correct market action.

Part of my situation is I have a backtested and forward tested my trading strategy and methods, but am used to trading it with a maximum of 2 lots sim and up to 5 lots sim. Most of my sim trading with this is with 2 lots. I have a prop firm external capital funding potential, but they want me to use 2 lots for my track record.

With 2 lots I have a much harder time letting runners have the full effect, vs 4 real short term trades taken out at target 1 then let 1 runner go, in regards to boosting overall pnL.

Got my nt8 up and running so I am good to go.
Sadly I can't trade till late next week.
This is a rare instance like 2x a year, when I cannot have market access, but it cooincides with this TST combine.

I am just going to tweak my charts a bit more. I also need to get my live account on nt8 up as right now it is only connected to TST data.

I have to adjust location of my delta, font, color and a few other chart nuances I like.

tues day2

Still no entries as I have been trying to set up cpu. It finally seems 95% there since nt8 and nt7 updates.

As I was working on my chart nuances saw order flow for a great entry at a swing top, counter trend but it is one I would have taken. Note I did not take this. Here's a shot of a nice 5min chart not my signal chart but it gives a good visual of an entry I would have liked. Since this is the beginning of the TST combine I probably would've just scalped a few ticks. If I had enough buffer for a runner, the exit signal would've allowed 3points.

I may or may not enter a trade tomorrow, depends on my scheduling and if the market looks like it is providing a set up.
I will be afk from charts for 1week.
Then I will resume and really begin this combine.

I don't like this chart as far as edge to trade, but this is good odds if we can stay below 1975...
to 1953
to 1943

Back from taking my son to a big Judo tournament. He did well. 2nd, lots of effort in practice and in matches. Good technique and some that needs work. Good life lessons.

That was 5days away from the market.
But I'll never get those moments back with my family, so it was a wise choice.

I traded 1day before I left. A few losses with 2 lots, max loss size was 5ticks in ES. Took about 2 too many trades.
I traded yesterday got a decent 4point trade.
Last night I saw the ES set up, traded in sim not tst. Took a -5tick loss, saw the swing being created for the turn long which was right after my stop. But I was doing other things and didn't think you can trade tst in eth. A good friend just told me you can. I need to reread that thread and rules again.

Got some decent trades today.
1. Got in my first trade, it went +4to5ticks, I waited too long to kill it and it turned trade took a -2ticks at 2lots.
2. Got in with 2, momentum was going my way added 4 more, took about 10ticks each then bailed on 5/6. *note recall I am trying to just build with some small trades then I can start using runners. Left a runner and filled on that. Was up $1k on the day. Was about to walk.
3. Was going to walk then ib 60 formed, we was at onL, took long, stopped 2x. It pushes lower, then goes.

So walking with the +800 on the day.

Don't feel too bad, at least you were smart enough not to trade full size. Although 3 contracts maybe a bit low now, specially that you are in profits. As long as you keep making money you will eventually reach the profit target, it is just going to cost you a lot, at a minimum of 2 months fees.

If I were you, I would try very hard to reach the profit target by the 2nd month (it is rather doable) and if not, I would switch to a lower and cheaper combine. But if you are close to the target in the last few days, just swing it, there is nothing to lose at that time. I would not pay the 3rd month, that is just way too much. This continuous combine was designed to keep the players in the game.

Now let's suppose you do pass in 2 months, then you still have to deal with the LTP rules. If you felt the 150K Combine was too hard for you, I assume you could ask them to assign you to a lesser Combine's LTP.

Anyhow, you have already paid, so let's make a plan. Since there is about 40 trading days and your profit target is 9K, assuming fairly consistent trading you have to make 1.1K weekly or $220 daily on average. Now I don't know where you are exactly, but let's say if you are at day 25, you should be at 25 x 220=5500 profits. If less you have to raise your size, if more you can chill.

The point with this plan is that every day you should know where you are at with your average profits and step up in size or take it easy depending on the actual number. But this is just general guidance, and if you have better days, push those, and size down on days when the opportunities are not there.

Good luck with it. You might want to start a separate diary and we can try to guide you through it.

I am at DAY8
I had to take 5 days off(family).
I traded 3 of 8 days(in 20day combine).
I plan to trade the next 12 days, if trades set up, which usually they do.

I suspect I may have to go another month. If I do I do. I am willing to pay a full month of TST150k. Note I had a very good coupon for this the current month and could not delay TST start date.

I currently have 8600 to go.
I am trading with small lots. To first build a buffer.
After my buffer of 1000 then 1500 or so I will look for more runners by adding more lots.
7 to 8 lots is the most I currently feel will be my combine max size. My usual size in will be 2 lots. I will enter with 2s. 1 to scalp or scale. 1 to run or be. This can change depending on the set up, but in day to day moves, 2 lots is fine by me. Even if it takes 2 combines.
NOTE also, I go in with 2, then if it shows me I add. If it doesn't show me my signal(s) I kill my trade or scalp or BE.

I do agree with the sentiment that the continuous combine is meant to keep people in. That is GOOD for them. You get auto charged. You have to talk to someone by phone to cancel several days ahead of time.

This roughly is plausible.
Watching the volume between the ES3-16 and ES6-16.

I ended up over trading the rest of Friday, trying to get in on the long, but taking more losses than overall wins.

I will not be able to trade Monday due to scheduling, in general Mondays I tread lightly.
Mondays
I check for a gap and see if the gap attempts to close in both the eth and rth.
If it fails, what are the targets it will try next?

Tuesday, Weds, Thurs I will likely trade what I consider 3 sessions
Europe open
NY open
NY close

Friday
Europe open
NY open

I have to remind myself that I am willing to to do 2 months to reach my combine goals so as not to consider over reaching which was an issue with my prior two combines.

I don't think it is cooincidence the Topstep Funded trader scaling plan is laid out a certain way.
Make a buffer and then one can add size.

My point is, if you're not considering that or a similarly progressive way to add size you can end up negative real fast and chasing. As time runs delta and target become a greater stressor.

Curious. Apologies for my ignorance, but what am I looking at here? There is a lot going on here. Assuming transactions at bid and ask on a volume bartype is a piece of this?

Edit: The color coding and the 0 x 0 stuff looks like a lot of info but I have no idea what it is.

Reason for the short was failure of prior zone shown with an exhaustion bar,

This is a 4500volume bar.
The green 961 over the bar is the delta count. Total of asks over bids. That helped me decide it was an exhaustion bar. The 118 ask was the stop to hide behind. The yellow is a congestion area plausible first target and what they may trade it to and it get a reaction off of, the blue just denotes it has the most volume traded there.

Thanks for the previous charts and for testing NT8

What are you using for volume profile on NT8? or how do you get that info? go back each day and update NT7?

The footprint is NOFT.
Nt8 back ticks, thus you can see levels from before you turn it on.
I am also using Rancho and ofa on nt7.

Maybe this for the next 8to32hrs
I'd really like the longs off 2024-2027zone optimally this will be tuesday to give a trend to 2047
This doesn't mean I'm not looking at LONGs at 2031.75, just 2025 is a better long with bigger potential

Thinking about using a keypad with hot keys for my entries/exits.
I saw a video of a trader using the g13 Logitech. I think it would save me a tick or few on certain entries and exits even though I incorporate Bookmap. I might even later see if I can hotkey it to that vs ninjatrader7/8.

I've reset my Combine. I did not pass.

I was up to 153500, up+3500.
I re-upped for 1 more month.
I did tilt at the end, over traded then over sized. Kept trying to short a bullish trend day, with size, took several -400 to blow my account.

A suggestion for anyone thinking of doing the 150k is get used to trading that size. A large part of my issue was scaling and size issues. Prior to that I was trading 2 lots. So in the combine there were times I'd get 2-12point runs, but not have enough size. Then I'd have size on my losses.
So maybe get used to trading that size.
I like scaling, depending on entry type and the reason for entering I like scaling in and scaling out. I scale in when the trade goes for me, and some other reasons, then I also like to scale in when the risk is smaller and it just showed another high probability entry. I like to scale out when we come to an anticipated level and it shows weakness against my trade so scaling profits as it could reverse.

I have purchased EDGEWONK a different trading journal based on Excel. I have and still am a subscriber to another journal, but am liking the nature of Edgewonk better.
I will post some pics later.

Today was my
day1

I will post again in a week or so.

150k
Setting my new personal max size
8lots vs the 15lots

I want to enter in 1/4 size in general.
So 2lots at a time. If the trade looks really good then I enter 2/2/2/2.

In general I feel comfortable
entering with 2/2.
Exit 3/1 or 2/2.

I journal here occasionally.
I think the Edgewonk is a good tool that integrates Excel into ones trading. I am still finding the nuances, but I like it. I do prefer auto logging in a journal as I am manually inputting. With Tradervue I have an indicator that auto inputs. Then I can go back and put notes and screenshots. The biggest drawback on Edgewonk is the current ability to only show 1 screenshot. I'd like the ability in a journal to have a common Tradeplan with screenshot and notes then the days trades.

I'll post more on it soon. Right now I'm trying to scalp the dom for 100 trades, so Edgewonk isn't maximized with that specific style. I will post more comments shortly.

Still streaky.
I cancelled my topstep due to failing.
My trade plans are pretty close.

I have started trading the bonds as tights can be tighter. Set ups are the near the same and I'm using a dom of the 5/10/30yr up to trade zn (10yr).
I still follow and trade ES, but I think the real money due to size and tight stops is to be made in bonds in the first 3hrs of the day.

Thinking about starting up another TST combine.
I've narrowed my rules even more.
ES am session, open to lunch.

I am leaning to do the 30k or 50k combine.

I am also about to beta test another trade journal for a company, looking forward to the ability to put multiple screenshots in it.

Reading my old entries on here, my private notes and other people's journal I note the trend to over trading.
I am of the opinion there are 3 good pushes of oppurtunities from the open up till lunch.
Thus I am going to limit my trades to 4 maximum per day.
I think I was also reading too much of the minutia in part due to dom reading, while not enough context. The trees for the forest. Todays modern tools are awesome, but can leave more for overanalysis.

I think I bring a habit of always wanting to end on a good note and end of the day score.
I'm guessing this has helped me mentally in life, but has hurt me to a point in trading.
Reflecting off wanting to end on a good note, but having missed ideal entries for my theory of several good oppurtunities from open to lunch. This puts me in a conundrum. Daily I must realize if I missed the primary attempt, I must let it pass, continue to read the market pulse and just wait for another ideal set up. Sometimes this means no more trades for the day. I must train myself to be ok with that. It happens it happens. It doesn't there is always tomorrow.

The prior post doesn't sound like much, but there's a difference between reading it and knowing it to practice it with discipline.
I believe the self imposed max trades per day will help me.

No for the next few years.

Unfortunately a large part of that is bonds open at 210am where I live. I usually sleep at 11pm, rest till 3am(es opens at 330am)
I do like the bonds and how they move.
Stops are very tight. A 4 tick stop is a large stop imo for zn, and I usually know I am out of position after a 2tick move against me. Especially if I buy on bid sell on ask.
I will continue to watch and trade them, but doing so from the bond pre market is very hard on my schedule.

weds
6/1/2016
ny am

anticipated the turn at 84.50, did not enter it due to current rules, anticipated retest, didn't take it.

took some hits early, but theory was still in play, a few errors with stops, a few re entries due to size
made an error in having stop in wrong spot, where I wanted it vs where it made sense
scraped out some ticks in the end

they may try drive it higher again here at 89-90.5 to 99...but i'm done for the day

I am running nt8 ver10.
There is a nt ver11 and some updates and newer indicators to what I have.

I have my system down fairly well and am leery to do it as it may create problems and errors aor take a few days.
Going to wait till thursday or friday. I like tues and weds trading, fridays I like the least. This will give me a few days to work with the techs before the weekend.

Can't decide if I want to fully uninstall after I've deleted my custom indicators, files.

did alright, first trade went for me right away +2 but ended -2x2. but second trade went against me almost immediately, same level,
after seeing it not work right away I was looking for ways to get out. The final runner was trying to see if it could tag 2017 or so before lunch.
Actually missed the continuation move right before 10am, watched it, but I wasn't warmed up right away mentally as I tried to set up my tracking strategy. It also wasn't a trade in my current parameters.

Do you place standing limit orders or wait to see how price reacts to your trading levels?

Are you primarily using footprint to identify your trading levels?

I at times use a resting limit, but more often have an order set than drag it in. I use the edge of consolidation aor try for coniutation.

I don't consider this a very good day.
I had a hard read, multiple internal things I track were up. Oil news was coming out. Another difficult issue is many markets are at near all time highs, making trading around past levels hard.

imo I should have caught the +16 trade I had with 2 contracts, or atleast added in as there was visual confirmation buyers were about to come in.
still up on the week
net = +8

Had a bad day, multiple reasons, bad data(am cooresponding with my data and nt), bad connection, had to reboot several times. Missed some critical trades and some reasons to exit a profitable trade.

My theory going in was we dropped significantly and to look for a long from the open or 2006, my initial target was 2014, then my final target for the day was 2016.
In review I think mm like big players and a variety of other players came in and after the touch of 2012, they drove it down.
I was trying to long initially but got stopped. My stop was too tight. Took a -6 and a -3.
After they began driving it down to 2006 and the ib was broken my bias changed and I tried to short it. The ib break was a fake out, I should've recognized it and anticipated it, but I began having issues around 10 to 1130, net, data, etc.

Not a good day.
Should have stuck with my original premise.
open, target 2016.

I feel I left 8-12 ticks on my first messed up trade and about 14-20ticks on my last trade by not taking it to target letting myself get faked out by a combination of things including bad data.

Mondays and Fridays are not a good day for me in general, targets and quotas are mostly met, traders in Europe and NY often go home early making trading weird due to lack of volume and how algos and big players can push market. This works against me. I will be nimble tonight and tomorrow. I am also leery of my data reliability issue that I am working on.

I think we need to be careful with the story we tell ourselves.

You had a day like every business in the world has sometimes, some headaches, you had to put out some fires, incurred some expenses, a mistake here and there. All normal stuff. The pendulum will swing back, it always does, revenue will flow into your business, problems become clear and solved. We need the gloomy rainy days just like we need the clear sunny days.

Also good to remember we have a date coming up to dance with Miss Yellen. Watch for the fed hawks to start popping out of the wood work to jaw bone the market down for the inevitable, no hike = blast off . set to coincide with OpEx.

They are just taking turns bending over the shorts and the longs right now trying to cause mass confusion.

Noted.
Router and nt crashing are day to day biz issues.

The problem out of the ordinary in my opinion was my t&s data did not match. I am talking LARGE size that came through. As I was trading. It showed on another trader I was trading with, in skype. Same nt7. same settings in filters. I have the screenshots. I have multiple t&s running as well. Some of it should've been picked up. If the axe is chopping I should know.

Good entry, bad exit.

Tues

traded cL since some people were wondering if and why I don't trade oil. Took some small losses early. Worked out ok. Got out with good timing.

Doing a 50kTST.
Traded 7days, building incremental gains.
At 51,400 after day7. 1600 more to go for TsT combine.
5/7days positive/negative.
Have only used 2lots(of5) at a time max.
I trade about 1to3hrs in general.
Tighter stops have helped me stay in the game. Trades generally have to be 2:1 reward:risk, greater than 4:1 is plausible at times.

Hoping to finish in the next 7 trading days, before I get the monthly charge. I'm usually happy with a +200 to +500 a day, and for this combine I am planning to just take profits at times vs having a winner go breakeven.

Now that I have a surplus I will now consider adding contracts to winners.

Black Friday is coming up, considering another cpu and nt license. I run a nt7 on one and nt8 on another. Thinking of adding a third cpu and license as I regularly have cpu or nt issues. This would give me 3 cpus to enter or exit from.
I do not need the full gamut of tools, just the normal nt8 stuff.

Likely scalping early in the week and trying to scale in midweek for good moves. Hoping to close out tst this week, I believe I have till oct10 till I am charged again for tst.
This week I focus on
"1 trade at a time"
Managing tight risk.

Today I let a few singles turn break even. Not happy about that. The total exceeding $1000.

I had some things to work out on my orders and I figured it out. Adjusted some exit strategies.

Mon
+90
Tues
+390

I have about 7 trading days to go till I rebill.
I will take my time.
I have about 1110/3ooo more to make my TST combine goal.

I want to hit a few more singles, before I try for runners. I let 3 runners go and could have easily made more. I am feeling singles are safer and higher frequency. I could see myself running 4 singles, and 1 runner as full size. With my singles being 1.8:1, and my runner being +4:1 reward to risk.

I'll post my TST dash soon.

Looks like you're doing really well after the switch to bonds. You don't find it too boring after trading CL?

No.
I do watch and sim other markets. But as for consistency, I am much more consistent as far as my STOPS. I know when my idea is on the wrong side of the market. This clarification is important for me and much harder to see in cL as the wiggle room is bigger. More games are played by algos and traders in cL as it is thinner.

Are we doing this as a business or entertainment, please?

Is it exciting for Jeff Bezos as routine order after order comes in....or is it mundane yet revenue....

I have a very long day. Thus I slept in 1.5hrs more, I usually wake o100hst which is o700est.
Slept till o400hst, 10est.
Turned my cpu on, had to rebuild my workspace, nt8 is giving me issues.
As I was building it, about 30sec in I noted a trade signal, declined to take it due to not being mentally warm. It was a good signal and would've hit my initial target zone. That built some confidence. Finished my workspace, took a solid entry, took it as a scalp when it should've been a position was a good 4:1 on the runner and 2:1 on what should've been t1, yet I took it as a 1:1.

+187 on the trade, that's enough for today. Too many things to do.
I doubt I'll finish TST this week, hoping to end the week another 2-3trades up and call it a week. I don't like trading Fridays.

Make sure to copy and paste the new workspace(s) to a safe folder somewhere right after you create (after a NT8 shutdown) them so you down have to remake them down the road.

I would also suggest renaming your NinjaTrader.sdf (Documents/NinjaTrader 8/db) file after closing NT8 to something like NinjaTrader.old.sdf or as I like renamedSept28.NinjaTrader.sdf this way on starting NT8 it will create a new database file without errors. Trade data should be exported to Excel first because it will not exist in the new DB. But this way you can always at some point in the future if you want to see the trade data inside NT8 set NT8's NinjaTrader.sdf file aside somewhere and change the name on the one you want to view back to its original name of NinjaTrader.sdf open NT8 in a brand new workspace and view the data. Or if just looking at the data in Excel is sufficient do that.

I can help further if needed....let me know.

Ron

BLASH, That sounds like a great idea. I will do it later tonight. No joke continuity is one of my largest issues and rebuilding workspaces is done 3/5 days a week. Colors, settings, chart locations all frozen.

Off topic, had to get a new mouse yesterday the right click was not clicking, got a Razer Naga Chroma. I plan to hot key the extra buttons to some drawing functions and custom drawing functions on my NT8. Strangely went to 4 stores hunting for a wired mouse I like. OfficeDepot, Target, Gamestop and BestBuy. None had a wired MS mouse and only BestBuy had Razer mouses.

The underlying reason, since you are remaking workspaces so often, is most probably the DB so make sure you do the renaming routine.

Are you able to run the platform/PC without antivirus and windows defender software running and no other software like IM and browser, email being up at the sometime? This can/will help a great deal.

Decent day, made an early mistake in I did not have TST account scrolled in. Immediately killed my sim trade as it could give me a bias.

4w today(was lucky, no business costs)
3 were TST account, 1 sim
+485 on tst, +177 sim.

About +450 more needed to pass the combine. I am optimistic, but even more so going to dial in risk.
All of my trades except 1 for this combine were entered manually at the time of the order. The 1 was a resting order.
Maybe 3more days conservatively to make the 3k goal. Note I used a maximum of 2 lots at a time.

Should've been a great day for me.
But I literally slept for 1 hour. So
Woke, set my charts, took one trade, made bread on half, +1 on runner.

+149 on the day. When it was a 1500 day per lot.

Oh well, eating daily bread is better than a beat down or casino ride.

I'm approximately at 52700/53000
So about +300 more needed. I have good odds of finishing, and doing so in the next 3 days. I hope to finish before I re-bill on weds. BUT I will not push it.
Risk management is still the key for me. To pass the combine and ftp. I do not plan to change. Be safe, make daily bread. For me it's about a little a day then to walk. My day job is enjoyable, I plan to retire from my day job in 7 years, I will continue to trade part time till then. Even if the money is Great.

I'll post my TST combine when I'm done or blow out.

My day job is enjoyable, I plan to retire from my day job in 7 years, I will continue to trade part time till then. Even if the money is Great.

I'll post my TST combine when I'm done or blow out.

Bro

I can't help but feel from your posting something natural, something organic. And to my thinking, exactly perfect. Like a plant growing. A Tree of Wealth.

Talked to TST this am.
They are having a Delay in Rithmic postings from yesterday.
My concern was I was about to be rebilled when I did not want to be. They assured me, they cancelled my combine as I requested. My Paypal has been cancelled.

They also sent me a congratualtion email on passing the 50k, though it is just waiting on the print out of the dashboard as Rithmic issue should be resolved today. I await further instructions for the next step of FTP. The goal is to make 1-1.5k in 10days

I got a lot of things to do these next 2weeks.
For trading
1. Review and to rewrite my business plan
2. Work and rewrite my Daily planning and trading process
3. Review and reread one of my favorite trading books The Universal Principles of Successfull Trading.
4. Review some training
5. Print & Post next to my desks my entry, management and exit
6. Work through my Edgewonk journal

Going to work on Funded Trader Prep this wek. I have a minimum of 10trading days with a maximum of 60calender days to make 1k. Max size is 2 lots.
I hope to grind it down safely and sensibly.

Thank you for the support.

In fairness I have made a mistake and began FTP with 2 lots. Now I am down -300.
I write this as a lesson for myself and others. Thinking I was going to trade the FTP the same as the Combine, I actually did not trade it like I 'began' the Combine, but did how I ended the combine. I should have done as I had in the Combine to build a buffer with 1 lot in the beginning.

I still have confidence in the scope of things, but getting multiple base hits is what I plan to do this week. On top of the mentioned above.
