Another SIM trading Day.
Watched most of the day and then ITCH to trade took over at the end of the day, so I SIM traded as it was an ITCH not based on sound logic.
Carried over 5 SHORT into past the close, not something I would do with real money yet.
Another light day for me.
Closed my overnight positions pre-market for a small gain.
Took one trade during the day, held after news boosting the market into close, of course I was short and had my stop filled. Oh well, good thing for stops.
I even heard the news, just was not expecting much of a move. Oh well. Live and learn.
Journal attached.
Disappointed in myself in that I am still trading SIM after all these months away from cash trading.
Mistakes and lost opportunity is the title of today's trade.
Put the FOMC announcement as 14:30 for some reason instead of 14:00.
Don't know if would have been any more ready at 14:00 though.
MOJO where have you gone.
Well keep at it. One day at a time.
At least my biggest mistake from 09 is starting to slowly climb out of the ashes.
DRYS ... Was very PIGGISH and thought I could do no wrong in 09... Yep market humbled me quick.
