A rose by any other name would smell just as sweet.
Futures.IO:
Wow new name and new web address. Hmmmm Wonder if this had anything to do with the recent poll with what do you trade primarily. I am sure that in time I will get used to the NEW NAME, however in some ways I wonder about Futures.IO. To me Futures.IO sounds a bit too much like every other trading website out there. With Big Mikes Trading Forum that name meant something to me.
That said Shakespeare said it best in Romeo and Juliet:
Origin
From Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, 1600:
JULIET:
'Tis but thy name that is my enemy;
Thou art thyself, though not a Montague.
What's Montague? it is nor hand, nor foot,
Nor arm, nor face, nor any other part
Belonging to a man. O, be some other name!
What's in a name? that which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet;
So Romeo would, were he not Romeo call'd,
Retain that dear perfection which he owes
Without that title. Romeo, doff thy name,
And for that name which is no part of thee
Take all myself.
Big Mike I wish you the best with the new name change. You are much smarter than I about these things and since it was a seamless transition, Bravo. I will have to give it a try with EDGE and see if I can reproduce the problem that has been reported in the new Futures.IO thread. I have a feeling we will find that the persons problem with Futures.IO will be Windows 10 specific as Windows 10 does not play nice with some of the video cards out there.
Okay enough of my rant. Will have to come back later and put in my trading journal from Friday. Another NTD for me on Friday. Sinus headache really does put a damper on desire to trade that is for certain.
Morning fine.
Had a few issues.
Was trading SIM, but still upsetting when things don't work right. Now I see why you need to keep Broker Phone Number handy. As well as a spare computer.
Don't even want to get into it all as here is the short version.
I was up, not trading well, but making money never the less, I noticed a hiccup in my system when one of my SIM trades actually lost money when it was clear that it should have made money. Machine failure. This coupled with loss of data feed twice and one total system melt down was enough to make me have a melt down. Luckily I didn't try to do anything like trade live money as I knew I was agitated. (Understatement)
Oh yes no movie today as lost that too when system crashed.
Picture of my main trading screen at the end of the day... At least I have that working the way I want now.

Cleared out my SIM transactions for the year as I have them logged anyway. Cash well of course I still have that one. Also didn't post my trades as the calculations from NT7 were wrong, first time that's happened in a long time, I am fairly certain it had to something to do with dropped data feed, multitasking, or SunSpots... UGGG
Platform issues again today. Froze system. Decided to replace video cards hopefully will work better next time.
Still issues with router and NT7... NT7 issues are of my own starting as have done some "programming" if you could call it that. Like I have always said NT7 is like an erector set... JOURNAL 9 OCT 2015
