JDNeeman - Such a CLEAR way to describe the trading method - Really so nice of you to put together this PDF.

One question related to the entry trigger/price though - Do you try to enter on "confirmed" entry trigger - which could potentially be outside the "entry range" ( specifically - talking about confirmed entry above 38.2% retracement for longs. Price might come into 38.2% range ( you had your pending entry at 61.8% ) but when you got the confirmed entry trigger and the price is above 38.2% range - what would you do at this stage? Do you still try to take that trade or skip it?

Thanks

Hello, @hector24

Sorry for the delay answering your question, i really think this is a community where we are to help improve our trading each other, so here is my humble opinion on how i use the Fib tools.

please see attached Pdf and images for further explanation on this topic.

Best Regards.

JD

JD you are very nice. Your are such the sharing Gentleman. If a candle lights another candle it loses nothing. But it gains more light. You have truly given more light to other traders.

Thanks
Hector

Hello @jtrader,

Well, definitely i would take the trade, as i mention in the pdf, i place the pending in the best (far Position) but i move it or manually enter if i see a rejection in the upper levels, also most of the time i use the next available level to get in, or if in this case is the 38.2% i enter at the close of the bar manually...

Beautiful trade, JD. You were finished for the day before the market opened.

What type of stop do you use with the HA candles? Don't those HA wicks require a bigger stop? I have a love-hate ~ with HA due to the supersized McWick.

Learning0101, what was your experience in whatshisname's room? The eminitrader dude who charges Tiffany prices for indies he probably lifts from futures.io (formerly BMT). BTW, good job on the Swing settings you mentioned on the other thread.

50% Balance Line

Interesting how the market respect this levels,

i have been using this balance line level since i started trading, and i think is good to let this know to other traders,
what we do (all traders that use this method) is:

PHOD+PLOD/2, for example yesterday´s high was 96.90 and the low was 95.47 if we take this:
96.90+95.47 = 192.37/2= 96.185 approx. next number 96.19.

you can see today this number was tested to the tick and triggered a trade that resulted in a move of about 45 ticks.

you can add this levels for the day before up to 4 days back in time.

it will give you this levels that some call "Hedge Fund Levels"...

JD.
