if I made 2K a day I'd be addicted to. instead I just want to shoot myself.
lol. I like your honesty!
I belong to a few trading forums, and really like this one, although literally everyone appears to be killing the market everday! Most forums have 3 or 4 gurus and the rest are a very mixed bag, mostly struggling. This one appears totally opposite.
Im trying hard not to feel cynical. Ive been trading for about 4 years putting in more blood, sweat tears, and most importantly, 'screentime' than most people could fathom and am not consistently profitable. Many here appear to have found instant success in comparison.
Considering starting my own little journal at some point.
Anyway, well done Benbrooke.

subterfuge,
as long as you stick with a system that you are fit your personality you will be a good trader
when you find this system "stick to it"
thats the secret !!!

here is todays results
took 2 trades with the trend and 2

1st counter trend was R2 reversal candle , i normally dont take this setup on the commodities only on indexes but it worked fine
2and counter trend was a
churn bar
thanks
Ben.
Hi Ben, left field question - how come your performance summary shows 13 trades. I thought it should show 4.
My performance summary treats multiple contracts on the one trade as one trade.
Or are you raising multiple ATM 's for each trade you enter?

Hello Ben,
Great job on your trading for the last month!
I was curious how you did the rest of this week? (19th, 23rd, 24th) Did you feel price action was any different this week than previous weeks?
Keep up the good work!
Thanks,
Gary

Hey Ben,
Is there a reason you didn't trade / market seem unusual to you in any way this week or on those days? I am always curious to hear from others to compare their thoughts on the market to mine during certain time periods.
Yeah, I am here near Denton/Corinth border. I spent many years growing up in Flower Mound.
So, do you fly out of Addison airport or is there another small airport closer?
