once 800 clear is surpassed ,will trade remainder of the day with just 1 contract
as a trader if 800 clear can be maintained day to day ,thats 4k per week ,60%of that for doing the job correctly is 2400 per week take home or 120k per year
now there is a point where letting the money ride that you can aquire 80% of the take or at this pace 3200 per week take home or 160k per year,
i have a girl graduating in june and would love to see her learn this system and be comfortable with TST,to get started in her own life on the right foot;
we took her in this past february,she was living house to house ,as she left her parents do to there long time habits, time will tell

monday-got off to a slow start ,as my email with password got lost up in the stars-bouncing around space somewhere- none the less -TST had it taken care by the open today-but felt like i was behind in getting setup-on the sim all the stops in the markets are set @ 19ticks ,but when i opened the ym today it had a 5 tick stop on the test platform ,so resets all the charts with all the things i like and setup the trading ladder to my happy place ,but felt like i was chasing the trades ,because of the lag time ,so i just took a step back and did a few trades ,but mostly watched -

i will take the time today as my day is done ,to describe how outside forces can effect trading -
we have and 11year old that broke her arm roller blading-a clean break 1 inch above the wrist-she goes to school and a kid showing off ,hammer fist right on the cast where the break is and breaks the cast and shifts the bone to a 30% offset ,now ithas to be pinned and set -as i found today ,this can and will affect your trading ,all i wanted was a nice little win so i can get on with what has to be done today-but no -no matter how good a system is -if you dont follow it ,it worthless,so here is a chart of GC from this morning -and notice there is no reason to be long -not 1 single signal showed to go long -but i tried 5 times -
when i look back as to why -i can only relate to wanting eventhing to work out positive for today -none the less -i hope someone learns from this today -as we often can have rather lengthy periods of nice positive quiet times ,then something will be thrown at you that your not mentally prepared for -the 1 great thing is i did not hit my max daily draw down ,before i caught myself ,if so look at the chart ,this all occured in about 1 hour and 20 min of time -so pay attention when you are trading and look around and ask yourself if your world is stable before you enter that first trade.

here is todays results -this will last 8 weeks -2 pins and 1 super thick cast-at least my bad day only lasted for today -will start back at it on monday after i clear my head -

thanks Rad4633-i cant remember the last time i traded out of what now i call desperate anger ,just a terrible stupid mistake,i am sure you recall the day we tested that ES pattern and was down 812.50 by 1 pm trading 1 contract ,and by 4pm we were back to breakeven after it broke out of the chop,
Yesterday i even saw my error and failed to react ,do to not being mentally in the game,
today is a watching day
