my project priority seems to be getting back to her same old self other than the extra weight on her right arm -spent last 2 days practicing some mechanical calls on TST trading rooms ,some were accurate and some where not -maybe 50/50 ,but that's the end of that-
some say you need to be able to separate yourself when you trade from everything else-but as I found this week -I cant do it 100%

tough break all the way around

here is and update on my TST -

Tuesday may 14th -just terrible as explained earlier

Monday may 20th -had a decent overall day as I am only trading 1 lot at a time do to loss tightness

Tuesday may 21st - tried only taking directional 1 way trades off my system -had never tried it before ,will never try it again -thinking back -I am glad it failed on the first attempt, as all balanced trading system need to account for opposite drawdowns -you will notice the average will and average loss were the same -but the trade balance was off

wed may 22nd -rollover day no trades on TST

Thursday may 23rd- was the most interesting day -see charts when posted below

another trade -long with exit and no trailer -the 33 tick was 2 tight for this system -I failed yesterday to check my max loss on my balance sheet to see what my stop should have been ,the reason for only 600+ dollars Thursday was due to the stop being too tight ,and inside the pocket -by sticking with my flip positions ,this last trade for 1200 put me well in the green

its always easy to look back and see the money day, and its always the day you did not trade it

it would shock you to see what the trade profit would have been for 1 contract-the first move was 2500 dollars

I was watching a webinar yesterday -where the guys product was 3600 dollars and they made a statement in the room that it would pay for itself in 1 week if you joined there live trading room ,they always ran a 7 tick stop with a 5 tick profit now that would be 62 perfect trades in a row -what he did was ,in my opinion ,was he was coding price level off MACD crossovers and when several would stack on his 1 min chart that's where he took the trade ,

below is a chart of GC price levels ,I just pulled up a random date to test his level calling ,but notice the similarities of the base turn out of the chop for the breakout ,

after seeing this I may call it the elbow pattern -

overall profitable day -but terrible % day -all of my own decisions - I guess the worse was taking lunch at 1:05 EST ,going flat on ES after shorting 71.25 area ,then returning 1/2 hour later to find it down 6 more points ,but that's trading -

so at least my terrible Tuesday streak is broken -

another weekly update - I can tell you that I am learning a lot about myself and how I trade -1 of the things I will have to work on is exiting a trade why 1/2 the profit is gobbled up and then wait for the next entry -instead of riding it through till a signal-
