Monday, April 2nd, did not trade, or even attempted to trade. I was once again fighting my demons.
Could not concentrate, in conclusion i feel that i'm actually afraid of succeeding!! How extremely bizarre!!
Missed the US opening + 3hr.
Was doing pretty ok, keeping my emotions in check, had 2 trades, from the 10min candle.
Very minor moves, It was quite choppy.
The 30 min bar was quite informative regarding the market chopiness.
I was very observant of the 30 min bar until i didn't , 3 seconds too late,
and have missed a pretty good move to the down side.
Overall again tiny tiny plus gains.
Wednesday trading day, completely mesmerized watching my mentor trade 7 different markets.
Made a small trade myself, again tiny tiny profits. I'm just still a head case!!
What i'm learning by posting a journal is that the trading business is absolutely nothing like anything else in the world. Complete, immediate rewards if I am correct and a very severe punishment if i am not. Sounds like the like bastion of capitalism. Pure self-reliance!!
What i am doing now is undoing years and years of dependence on everyone else but myself!
A very interesting few weeks to say the least. Almost wiped clean my account again, and the reason i made no logs, since i'm down to $526 in my account.
Started with $2,500 and ever so quickly dropped to $526. In hindsight not so surprising since i really have not grasped the psychology of trading yet.
I have been learning more about the price action, and thanks to @Gabriyele Gabinar also started learning the fibonacci levels and the geometric patterns.
I really like this forum, ought to start trading wiser, increase my account and purchase the elite level entry in the nexusfi.com (formerly BMT) club
Changing my whole trading approach. I'm devouring gabinars, books and the videos on the geometric patterns and also thanks to @Gabriyele learning about the fibonacci levels, the Baby Blue and the music lines holt ema's. And just listening to him calling/forecasting the targets right on and seeing the amount of progress he made after only 2 years of trading is helping me move out of my slump.
And i've stoped making myself feel like i'm too slow to understand and create a living as a day trader!

I would like to think, that i can still do all this using the Rithmic Pro charts as oppose to the Ninja charts!
I have spent hours upon hours reading up on the patterns, fibonacci, pitchforks and pivots!
Thanks to Gabi, i'm seeing the market in a completely new light. He also suggested i start with trading the YM since it is a smaller risk instrument.
I am not able to SIM trade on my platform, so i just made notes as to where i would have been long and short today, and wow!!
I'm speechless! I have created/saved my new platform workspace. Friday's market will be my first LIVE trading day!
