Welcome to futures io.

Welcome, Guest!

This forum was established to help traders (especially futures traders) by openly sharing indicators, strategies, methods, trading journals and discussing the psychology of trading.

We are fundamentally different than most other trading forums:
  • We work extremely hard to keep things positive on our forums.
  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendor advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in openness and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, it is not something tangible you can download.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

You'll need to register in order to view the content of the threads and start contributing to our community. It's free and simple, and we will never resell your private information.

Volume Impression Chart- 6E

Team

Spending time to read and understand the Volume Impression chart

Want to make this part of my daily trading.
The Acme Volume Impression (AVI) lends a ton of depth to the Acme Volume Analytics suite. Why? Well, impressions are one of the only ways you can really “see inside the bars.” Buying and selling pressure are much easier to spot as it’s right there in the numbers. Volume Impressions make pressure imbalances obvious and precise where bar range and candle patterns can be ambiguous and misleading.

Auckland

Hi Sharmas, I can't reply to your pm yet as i have under 5 posts.

I live in Auckland CBD. Yea, I agree forex is a beast, but still I think the potential is there to make money as long as one has good money management and trading skills That's the trick i guess... I trade on a part time basis at the moment.

I have an interest in futures trading because I believe it is more transparent and well regulated compared to spot fx.

Do you trade full time and what is your preferred market to trade?

Keep well, cheers mate!

Last Night's Trades

Took one trade and entered at specific levels

The universe has been very kind to me today and delivered a very good return.

What have i learnt is that i need to learn more about the levels and trust those levels

The News did not fill the target but it came back to the 127.20 level and filled it

There was very minimal risk on this trade.

Watching the levels for tonight but will need to be caution
