Monday trade

DAX short 9:30 to 16:30
entry @ 16460
exit @ 16490 (SL - rule didn't work)
result -30 points

edit 11:17 - DAX running to new ATH's. While the news are speaking from a weak 2nd half year in Europe. Means recession...

edit 11:17 - DAX running to new ATH's. While the news are speaking from a weak 2nd half year in Europe. Means recession...

It's a bit like fundamental against technical traders ideas. But I will see what the coming weeks and fall will show and bring up on facts.

Also, considering seasonality data, August is the worst month for the DAX.
Seasonalities can be factored in when establishing a daily bias as a day trader.

Asia all dark red- Flops NIKK - 2.3% & Hang Seng - 2.5% !! (8:48h)

Gold down to @ 1947

Numbers: US ADP Employment change 14:15

BOOM! A down of 127 points to yesterday's closing!
FITCH sent US rating down to AA+
We are getting back again to the 16k battle today. Incredible...

Last slip down ended @ 16000.50 You can read it here back on July 26 - you remember...
Now this resistance is in real danger: this time that resistance will no longer be there

9:00 short - straight down, skipping the 16k line quickly and getting down to 15927 (261% FIB)
