Fed Chairman J. Powell will have a hearing before Congress to talk about the economy and monetary policy. Powell's prepared statement will be released before the event on Capitol Hill.

edit 9:01 - Lanxess (Chemicals) Germany informed yesterday evening with a profit warning. The branch Chemicals in Germany opened red this morning. The DAX is on its way down.

edit 10:58 - the 16100 had been killed - a next battle @ 16k is due!

Numbers: GB interest decision 13:00 - after 12 rising rounds in a row a new rise of 25 or even 50 base points expected
Switzerland interest decision 9:30 - a shift up strongly expected: 10:00 - 25 base points up.

Speeches: US Hearing FED Powell 16:00

DAX pre cash 7:30 @ 15906* - which is still more south in the trend line. Today maybe a long battle @ 16k line or directly further south...

EU - PMI Index 10:00
TRIPLE WITCH (Futures) 13:00 Important end of June contract!
So for traders with futures change to the Sep contract before taking a trade.

Speeches: Some speeches starting 11:15 in USA, EU (FED, FOMC, ECB)

Actual interest rates, decisions from this week - all 3 still rising:
US: 5%
Turkey: 15%
Switzerland: 1,75%

DAX pre cash 7:30 boom @ 15852 - after yesterday the DAX climbed up a half point below 16k...

Today a red bias - yesterday mentioned "A turning point sits @ 15774" will be reached today
